My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Quality work, easy to work with and honors the quote, no surprises. Work requested and completed: finish and remodel basement, reconfigured bedroom, reconfigured bathroom, install a drop ceiling (bathroom), install regular ceiling throughout rest of basement, and enclose furnace. Chris and his crew were professional and a pleasure to work.

We are an architectural firm who worked with Chris Bernard to fix water intrusion into a large sprawling crawl space under a school. This project was difficult from a logistical and scheduling perspective. Chris was very creative in finding solutions and accomplishing the project ahead of schedule and done in a quality way. It turned out better than we expected. We have worked with Chris on a number of projects. He always displays diligence and personal attention to detail. We would recommend him.

Very easy folks to work with. Chris was accommodating to a few changes we wanted and got them done. Had a minor water leak which was repaired in a timely fashion . Some minor weather related delays which were not his fault.

These guys built an addition on my house in 2007. I would highly recommend them. They did an amazing job, and when I noticed anything small I had a question about it was quickly addressed. My neighbors even had them build an addition for them shortly after mine was complete.
