All Phase Home Solutions

I recently undertook renovations on my bathroom and entrance foyer with All Phase Home Solutions Group, and I'm thrilled with the results. The professionalism displayed throughout the project was exceptional. The contractor demonstrated great flexibility in accommodating modifications to the original plan. While the project did take a bit longer than initially projected, the quality of the work delivered far exceeded my expectations. I am highly satisfied with the outcome.

We contacted All Phase Home Solutions about a complete guest bathroom remodel in our ca. 1925 house in Mt. Dora. Terry came out, answered all our questions, and gave us a detailed estimate within a couple days. We contracted for the work, and the project was started within a few weeks (on time) Josie and Eyvin did an outstanding job-they were very professional, working skillfully and diligently to deliver a final product that we are very pleased with, at a price that we considered a good value. We plan on having them return soon for another project.

Finding a both competent and reasonably priced contractor for remodeling has always been a problem in our town. They seem to come and go. Finding someone who would follow-up proved impossible. And we were perhaps a bit more apprehensive than most given the condition of our 96 year-old Florida home. Then we met Terrance from All Phase Home Solutions simply by copying his phone number from the side of his truck . Although somewhat new in our area, his website provided many positive recommendations from his previous area. His quote for an addition of a half bath was priced fairly . He was very knowledgeable and creative when planning the design. His crew was very easy to have working in our home. No beer cans in the bushes or obscene language and right on schedule they showed up every time. Terry finished the job very close to his forecast date of completion. The few days delay was actually our fault. We felt comfortable enough with those in his employ that we left them our house key for access while we were out of town. And the final price was the same as he had quoted with a few minor add-ons at our request. We would highly recommend All Phase Home Solutions. This is a small family operation which includes Terry his wife Christine, Son Michael, and his three crew members who worked on our job: John, Nigel, and Josie. We plan to use them again in the near future..

All Phase Home Solutions is a professional, family run construction/home renovation company that demonstrates exceptional skill and knowledge. When purchasing our 'well worn' mid-century home, we had a vision for a kitchen and master bath renovation. All Phase Home Solutions brought that vision to fruition. We have appreciated the attention to detail with their work throughout the project. It was also appreciated that Terry (owner) regularly checked in at the job, as well as inspected the completed and in-progress work. I have never had such a beautiful and functional kitchen!

If you want it done right the first time contact the owner Terry at all phase solution. Terry came into my home after another contractor did a total master bathroom ripped out and updated everything. But when he was completed and I went to use the bathroom and shower water came down into the two bedrooms downstairs. Also the marble tile work was done terribly. Terry with all phase solutions came in ripped it out and get a van tested job with all the correct paperwork insurance and inform me of all the things that needed to have permits done. My looks so much better than it did before and I can actually use it. If you want to job done right and look better than things you see in the show room floors call Terry. His guys are great to work with kind and courteous. If they are running five or 10 minutes late they have the courtesy to give you a call and update you. I cannot stress enough of a solution is the company to call for any projects in your home.

I love my new bathroom! I will recommend All Phase Home Solutions to my friends and neighbors. Terry and his crew were professional and made valuable recommendations regarding the design and materials. I would have preferred that there was an additional workman so that the work could have been completed a bit sooner.

My wife and I purchased a 2 bed 2 bath home in the villages, Fl. The home was over 30 years old and needed updated. We did much of the work ourselves as we replaced all fixtures, appliances, etc. I interviewed 3 contractors to do the work that was too difficult for me to do. Terry was a clear choice as he was very knowledgeable, good personality and most important he negotiated fairly certain bullet points on the contract. He and his crew were very efficient and professional. He fulfilled his contractual obligations plus some extra tasks on time! I would definitely use him again if I need a contractor!

Terry, Dewey and Tim did an awesome job updating our 1970's condo. It's now bright, modern and clean. Quality is the one word that fills the bill. The All Phase team was there for us every step of the way, from design by Christina (awesome) to finished product. They are truly all phase. The floors went from wood parkay to beautifully laid tile. The kitchen cabinets are wonderful. Our small kitchen now has plenty of new cabinet space with plenty of bright sparkly counter tops. The bathrooms are remodeled with new vanities, faucets and toilets. Terry and his team bent over backwards to give us everything we asked for, including increasing the size of our laundry room and creating a whole new room from dead wall space. They did everything; the floor and kitchen tile work, drywall installation, door installation, cabinet installation, all of the plumbing, toilets, sinks and faucets. They even helped us move furniture and appliances. The crew is outstanding!

As usual with this most renovations, I start it as a DYI project and then get in over my head, requiring a professional rescue. All Phase was the first company I went to and I didn't bid it out because I was over it and wanted it done, and also because the quote seemed very reasonable. Terry is a pro and set my mind to ease. The project turned out exactly as I wanted and he made the terror of turning a 1940s kitchen into something modern to be no big deal. It was completed days before Hurricane Irma visited as well-could have easily used that as an excuse to postpone but he didn't!

Terry did a complete redesign/renovation of a 4 bedroom beach house that I was involved with as an interior designer. I have worked with many contractors and sub contractors over the last 25 years and Terry is in my top 3! He added a new bathroom over a porch, added a bedroom in an attic, added a fireplace and renovated all the exciting spaces including all bathrooms and the kitchen. Amazing attention to detail and incredibly responsive. We had many changes and Terry just rolled with it. He has a great work ethic with a great NY accent! The renovation came out beautiful and very pleased with his finish work and attention to detail. He far exceeded all of our expectations and I would immediately turn to him if I were to have any additional renovation needs.

Terry McMullen is very professional and provide quality workmanship. He provides accurate pricing and scheduling. If he says he will be there he will. He uses quality products and does not cut any corners. He built a huge deck for me as well as removed rotten siding, replaced the underlying plywood and installed new Hardy siding on my house and painted the entire exterior. I would highly recommend him.

Terry and Christina worked very hard to give me the kitchen I always wanted. Always professional, on time, and highest quality materials and craftsmanship. We will call on All Phase Home Solutions again.

Whole condo remodel included: floors, painting, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, walls, ceilings, laundry, tile; very professional and communication skills are above all others, very respectable.

Excellent and Highly Recommend!!! I made the first statement short and sweet for those who don't have time to read this entire review. My renovation project began as a significant renovation to the exterior of the home, with Terry doing a significant portion of the interior work required as I expanded and updated bathrooms and upper decking of the house. The house was then impacted by one of the other contractors who failed to perform which caused damage to the home. Terry and team were on site and did everything possible to assist me to try to mitigate the issues even though it was not really their responsibility. The project then became significantly larger as we gutted about 70% of the interior of the home. Terry and team painted completed trim and finish work as well as assisted with helping me find contractors for the portions they did not do. Terry and team were great and he's a guy you can count on to get things done AND finish them properly. Thanks Terry really appreciate it.
