All Purpose Contracting

My wife and I have hired APC Contracting multiple times (10+) over the past 4 years to perform work at our house (everything from new roof, garbage disposal install, painting, install of custom glass pockets doors, drainage work and more). The quality of work is excellent, the employees are super polite and respectful and the job site is always left clean. I also work as a real estate agent and have referred APC Contracting to well over 50+ clients.

All Purpose Contracting is a trustworthy and detail oriented company who does amazing work! Dave (the owner) is a one of a kind guy who is genuine, honest, and hardworking. He devotes his spare time to helping those in need including people and animals. APC is definitely a company who stands by their work and are determined to ensure the customer is satisfied. There are few times in my life when I feel helpless and desperate, but admittedly doing any sort of remodeling or repair work around the house drives me instantly to that place. I discovered All Purpose Contracting over 10 years ago through, like most people, a trusted friend. Almost instantaneously the owner/operator Dave Bowman could sense my trepidation and fear and went out of his way to put me at ease so I could better explain the issue I was having. I was in deep water and out of my element but he took the time to really listen to me and more importantly explain things to me on a level even I could understand. He just has a way about him that lets him convey his knowledge in simplistic terms that people can wrap their head around. Feeling more confidant that my house was not about to fall down, I scheduled the service appointment and he was very accommodating to work around our schedules and my work at home needs at the time. Right off the bat, I gained even more confidence in him and his company when he and his crew showed up at the time we had agreed and began work. His crew is thorough and very clean. Sitting in a pile of aftermath was a major concern for me back then. They worked fast and completed the job just as he said they would but more importantly he made me understand what was being done and assured me that I could call him with any future concerns or questions and he guaranteed his work. Talk about relief!!! Since then I have recommended APC to both friends and family members alike. I got my Real Estate License several years back and call Dave on numerous occasions to request his help or even just ask questions. Whether I am dealing with buyers or sellers I encourage them to use APC for any of their needs because not only do I know they will do a great job I know they are very customer friendly. He has a reputation that is irrefutable in the community and I stake my reputation on it by referring his services. I know many realtors and even full offices who feel the same way and to me that is the ultimate compliment because when a realtor or office is willing to refer you their livelihoods are on the line and that is not something any Real Estate professional take lightly.
