American Eagle Construction converted our garage into a family room and did a fantastic job! Bill Whelan made design suggestions to several areas to make it special and unique. The attention to detail and craftsmanship of the crew were first rate. We highly recommend American Eagle Construction!

I hired American Eagle Construction Inc. to finish my basement and I can say without a doubt, this Firm is a “Class A operation” and truly a professional organization in every sense of the word. They have been the best General Contractor I have dealt with and I have used several contractors. I worked with Garry Heget, one of the owners and he was great, he assured me I had nothing to concern myself with about my project and he was right. Before signing a contract with this Company, I checked their references for timeliness, quality, job site cleanliness, professionalism of their workers and the comments I received was to hire them, you won’t be sorry. I did hire them, and it was the best money I spent. They started the job every day on time and their crew cleaned up behind themselves every day. The materials used was great quality and their carpenters, electricians, plumbers and HVAC technicians were the best. Overall, my basement was finished on time according to schedule without any problems. If you are looking for a great General Contractor, I strongly recommend you hire American Eagle Construction.

American Eagle did a great job in completing my room addition in a timely matter along with quality workmanship. The workers were professional and respectful when interacting with each other and myself. The price of the addition was within my budget and the finish product met my expectation. Enjoyed working with American Eagle owner and his frequent follow up on the project status.

Garry and his crew did an outstanding job for us. We had American Eagle build a golf cart garage and replace our front porch. They started the job early and every morning the crew showed up at 730 ready to work. The workmanship was excellent and Garry was extremely helpful with the design and keeping us informed. This is the third project American Eagle has done for us (basement and screened in porch) and all have exceeded our expectations. The are not the cheapest...but you definitely get what you paid for..can not recommend them high enough.

My husband and I chose American Eagle for our latest remodel project based upon our first experience with Bill Whelan and his team during a past basement and sunroom addition. As with the first remodel, we knew we didn't need to worry about giving them complete access to the house or how the project would be managed. This was a large undertaking, very complicated existing older house with varied heights of ceilings and floors. We remodeled the entire main living area which included moving a staircase, taking down walls, beams, renovating two bathrooms , a bedroom, and enlarging the kitchen, adding a walk-in pantry and wine/coffee bar. The project ran very smoothly, and was completed on time as promised. All the members of the crews and subcontractors were professional and friendly. They showed up at the same time every morning and were conscientious about cleaning up at the end of the day. We have one more project coming up in the next year and we will definitely be using Bill and his team, they are exceptional to work with!

American Eagle Construction did a wonderful job our our Kitchen and Master bathroom renovation. Garry was excellent in giving us a through and timely quote and was always available for questions, ideas, and guidance. His team was very professional and always took extra care during the renovation. Garry works with an awesome pair of designers, who are available to assist in pairing and collecting all the materials for your renovation. The project was done on time and within budget. We are looking forward to the next round of projects with American Eagle (fence in the backyard). Excellent team, who are focused on you, and treat your house like their own.

Garry Heget and the staff of American Eagle did a fabulous job on our basement refinishing project! We were so impressed with their expertise, friendliness, determination to please us and daily work habits. Everything was handled in an effective, efficient manner with attention to detail and concern for our desires during the construction process. They listened, communicated and handled all aspects of the building and daily clean up with respect for us and our property. Their positive attitude and well planned agenda gave us excellent results. Garry and his team were amazing! The first day on project a wall was put up to protect the rest of the house from construction dust. Everything was done with care and each day the construction area was cleaned when workers left. Load bearing wall was moved and non-load bearing wall was removed. The kitchen/dining area was down to bare studs! Then the magic started to happen! New ceiling with can lighting, new electrical system, plumbing, new walls and every detail taken care of. Soon the new cabinets were being installed, the granite was ready, the new floors were going in and the painting was done! No detail was too small. We absolutely could not be happier with the new kitchen/dining area. By far, this was the best possible experience for us! Our expectations were exceeded!

This was our second experience with American Eagle and both have been excellent. This job was a complete kitchen remodel and included tearing down walls, moving appliances, new cabinets and floors. We wanted a turnkey job but did not have a detailed spec. We had a general idea of what we wanted and American Eagle took our vision and made it reality. They offered many excellent suggestions both before and during the project. It is obvious that they are experienced and have a great feel for what works and what doesn't. The project was completed in exactly five weeks as promised. The communication was excellent. We knew the schedule and what was happening next. They worked very hard to keep the project on time and within budget. The day started at 7:30 and they were always on time. We were never left wondering where they were and if someone would be coming that day. The people they work with from cabinets to granite to painters, plumbers and electricians were all consummate professionals. We were not home the entire time and we were very comfortable giving them complete access. At the end of the day the house was locked up and the construction area cleaned up. They did an excellent job of minimizing disruption. Hiccups, such as pipes needing to be moved, were handled as part of the job. We made a few changes along the way and never felt nickel and dimed. We paid exactly what we were told we would. I feel we received excellent value for our money. We highly recommend American Eagle Construction. We will do business with them again.

Very pleased with the value that American Eagle gave me for my renovation and add-on. Garry and his team did a great job. Highest praise go towards his creative ability to solve unique problems. Our older house had lots of surprises (old leak damage, collapsed A/C vents, structural errors, etc). Garry was always forthcoming about the issues and always had several options and a recommendation. Impressed with their attention to detail and customer focus. Well done!

I have lived in Fayette County for 21 years. I had heard continued praises for American Eagle. 15 years ago, I had them build a detached garage. I described what I was thinking, they drew it on paper and it was exactly what I had in my head. We had a drainage problem (caused from the original bullder). Garry Heget created a solution and came by the house multiple times months later (when it finally rained) to make sure it was working. They were a little higher than my lowest bidder, but I knew their customer service was worth every penny. I am about to gut and redo the master bathroom. I will be calling American Eagle!
