AMRED, LLC was founded in 2015 by Dwight Astin, his wife Lisa Astin, and her father Noel Meltzer. We have a combined 20 years in the construction industry, specifically in residential renovations and new construction. Being new to the area we didn't have a rolodex of contacts to call for work around the house. The work of calling for estimates can be overwhelming. I do you know you can trust them? The process was made a lot easier by the team at AMRED. They came over and looked over all of the projects I wanted to do and helped me prioritize what needed to be done first. They offered a fair and honest quote which made me confident in hiring them. When the work began the team came on time, cleaned up afterwards and explained the work as they completed it. I was so happy with how the projects worked out that a few months later I called them again to install new hardwood floors! The floor was installed in a office off of the main foyer which had existing hard wood floors. We were nervous that the new area wouldn't match but it looks amazing! If your looking for a personal, honest and fair renovation company I highly recommend AMRED! *1st picture is of the finished floors *2nd & 3rd pictures are in progress

I first met Dwight Austin in 2019, when he was assigned to renovate my kitchen after water damage. I have dealt with many contractors over the years and I can attest that Mr. Austin displayed a level of professionalism and honesty that is seldom matched. He was such a gentleman and really made me feel comfortable. He kept me advised on ever step of the way by giving me regular updates on the process and progress of the work being done on my kitchen, which I loved. His team of workers were always punctual and hard working. I was truly impressed with the outcome and outstanding work done on my kitchen. When I decided to do any future work on my house, it is with no hesitation that I contact Mr. Austin for the job. I was so impressed with his work .
