Apex Remodeling was founded in 2019 by Paul Paleologos, a 35 year veteran of the construction industry with experience in all phases of residential and commercial construction. We pride ourselves by adhering to one very basic principle: 100% customer satisfaction. We are never finished until the customer is completely happy with the project. We have extensive experience navigating the complex challenges of work in Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn and the Bronx. We assist Clients with obtaining building approvals and recommend ways to streamline the process. Our attention to detail is without equal; we are our own most stringent critics and our work is impeccable. At Apex, the reason we enjoy what we do so much is the look on the Clients' faces when their dreams are turned into reality. Most of our crews have been with the Company since its inception and consider Apex a second family. One of the things that sets us apart is accuracy in pricing. While there are always unknowns in the world of construction and renovation, we've seen pretty much everything over the years and are able to anticipate and communicate potential challenges to Clients from the start in order to avoid surprises. Customers don't like surprises; believe it or not we don't either. Our goal is to plan the project properly, anticipate any issues based on experience, and get the job done as quickly and in as clean a manner as possible. Simply put, we do what we say we'll do, when we say we'll do it.
