They do good work when you tell them you won't accept them cutting corners and provide site supervision since there is none from the office. Communication was non-existent. They removed the siding from the front of my house, replaced with stucco, installed new windows and front door, and painted the entire house. At the end of the job I am happy with the overall result but every trade tried to get me to sign off on cutting corners and sloppy work. Once I pointed it out they redid the work properly, but it was extremely frustrating. Not the experience I expected for the premium price I paid. They were extremely messy during the whole process and left nails and debris all over my lawn which we had to clean up several times to ensure the safety of my dogs and children. They would have left paint all over my driveway if I hadn't made them come back to powerwash it. They were sloppy until you called them out on it and then they fixed it. Avoid the headache if you can. A 4-5 week job took 12 weeks.

Over the past several years Approved Contractor Inc has done windows for my home and 4 of my rentals. Always professional, always on time for any estimate, Jared Green always provided a highly competitive bid. He explained the various window options and offered suggestions that wound up saving me money.. The window measurements were accurate. The installations went smoothly. His workmen were on time, did an excellent job and cleaned up after they were done. I never had a problem with any of the windows but there was a problem on one job - some screens from the factory were slightly small when installed. Mr. Green came out immediately; reviewed the situation and agreed that they needed to be redone. He ordered new screens and had them installed at no charge to me. I wouldn't hesitate to use Approved Contractor in the future and do highly recommend them.

Had house painted and did an excellent job. Did thorough prep work, kept everything very clean, and professional. Completed work on schedule and great price. Would definitely hire them again.

Approved Contractor, Inc., painted our home (house, garage and separate work room). They were timely, precise, neat and totally professional. I cannot say enough about the excellence of their work. Our neighbor immediately came over after the job was completed to ask for the name of the contractor, as she had contracted another firm whose work was so poor, the eaves are peeling and paint is now falling all over the walkway. I must also compliment Jared on the timeliness of the job. The rainy season did not subside for weeks, but as soon as it did - he had his crew ready to work. They worked around the rain, and the job was completed quite efficiently and quickly. We were pleasantly surprised! I cannot recommend Approved Contractor, Inc. enough. Needless to say, you will be happy with the quality of the finished product and all aspects of their job performance. Definitely the company to use!

This is a great company. The folks came to the house and completed the installation very quickly. Prices are extremely reasonable and their work is perfect!!! Can't wait to replace the rest of the windows in the house.

We hired Jared and Approved Contractors to install new sliding doors and a new kitchen window at our house. Our general contractor offered to do it, but Jared and Approved Contractors had a better price and could get the job done quicker. We are soooo happy we went with Jared. His team was professional, responsive, and on-time! The house looks amazing. Jared is a great resource to have because he knows the business really well and can get the job done right and on time. I would recommend him and his company to anyone looking to upgrade their house with better windows and doors.

I hired Approved Contractors to patch, stucco and paint (including siding and trim) the exterior of our 1,450 sqft home and the retaining wall around it. I found them on Angie's List and chose them because they were highly rated. I was not disappointed. Jared came out to the house, took measurements and quoted me a price that was under my expectations. My wife called it the deal of the century. Our house was plagued with cracks from Northridge and probably had never been washed since they first stuccoed it. The entire job took roughly 4 days (patch and wash, prime and paint). The crews were amazing. All of them were polite and willing to go the extra mile. They even painted our railing and the letters on our house to make them look like new. We were also able to repaint the house a different color. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend Approved Contractors. Thank you!
