We hired Gian to convert our horrible master bathroom tub to a stand up shower. He was amazing. Not only did he help us out choosing our tile, he paid attention to every single detail to ensure the project was right. He took care of everything. I highly recommend Gian, and we will be hiring him again.

We had 10+ window jambs that had rotted out. Gian was able to replace all of them in a timely fashion. It was no easy task; the house is ~40 years old, and the windows were set in a combination of siding and masonry. No two windows were exactly the same. We had gotten 5 bids, and I highly recommend Are One Construction for great work at an honest price. We will most definitely be using them again in the future.
