Excellent knowledge about options and what needed to be done, well written contract clearly explaining all to be done and overall exceptionally high quality work. Dumpster delivered date and time expected as well as delivery of roofing materials. When work was finished they did an exceptional job cleaning the yard, driveway, and removing stray nails. Job completed in a very timely manner and within the projected cost.

We did a whole house remodel and build a big addition, that included new kitchen, bathrooms, framing, electrical, plumbing, roof, floor, etc. Considering the size of the remodel, we were very anxious of the potential complications or delays that could result and interviewed multiple contractors but Victor was, by far, the most professional and knowledgeable. He was very patient with us and met with us numerous times to go over the details before we even signed a contract with him. Viktor and his staff did an amazing job with our remodel! This was no small task because they replaced all of the floors, counters, lighting and faucets, painted every wall including inside closets, and completely remodeled the bathroom and kitchen. There were several complex details to the job like cutting cabinets to fit a tall refrigerator, building a custom vanity outside of the bathroom and other things too numerous to mention. Viktor and his team got everything right. Part of it was the fact that he wrote everything down and part of it was because he was highly available to answer texts, phone calls, and meet in person as necessary. Everyone on the team was very professional and extremely patient and flexible. On one occasion the electrician drove me to Home Depot and helped me pick out new lights because I felt that the ones I had bought were too bright and another time the tile installer added shower niches that I had forgotten to mention and also extended our kitchen backsplash which turned out to be a great decision. We stayed on budget without having to cut any of the things we wanted and I never had to worry about payment because Viktor’s payment schedule was divided clearly into milestones based on the completion of specific tasks. We had estimates from several other contractors who we talked to but Viktor’s estimate was the most organized and fair. This was our first ever remodel and it really helped to have a great team guide us through it. I could say more but I think the results speak for themselves!

We had the utmost trust and respect for the carpenter, electrician, plumber and tile expert who all worked long hours to see that our home was completed on time. Workmanship at every turn was excellent. Fantastic customer service. We really felt everything was being taken care in a most professional way. The kitchen came out way better than we could have ever imagined. I was so impressed with great job that Argos Construction's done for us. I would highly recommend them.

Argos Construction helped us remodel a closet area that included demolition of a handful of walls, flooring, electrical rewiring and finishing. The crew that worked on the job was outstanding (Marcos, Tomas and their team). They were very professional, quality work and finished their tasks on time. There was a small delay towards the end, but it was due to scheduling conflicts on both ends. Viktor was very responsive during the bidding process. He submitted all the documentation on time and was available to expedite information as needed. The only reason why we are not rating the experience as "excellent", is that we needed to revisit a couple of times the scope of the project due to communication misunderstanding. This could have been resolved upfront with a much more detailed scope of work that we though was not needed, but we will recommend others to flesh out before commencing work. We will continue to consider Argos Construction and this crew again in the future. Thanks for all your hard work!

We hired Argos Construction once again to do the master-bathroom remodel/expansion and additional.This was our first interior remodel. Viktor - as always - gave very detailed cost estimates, predicted problems, and was most helpful with design solutions. He gave the bathroom great details and touches that we would not have thought of. The result is much more beautiful than we imagined (see pictures). I am a retired contractor (30+ years) and have seen many small, medium and large "contractors" do some truly astonishingly bad things. Argos Construction is not one of them. So get other quotes, meet with Viktor and discuss openly what you want and your expectations. He will meet or exceed them. In my case, I knew there were going to be unknowns (dry rot, etc.) and while we did not "bid" that inevitable extra work, when discovered it was most reasonable and like the main work done on time, on budget, and with an honest work ethic. He is a great communicator - text, phone, email.

Over the years Argos Construction has done lots of jobs at my house. They did a major renovation of my kitchen, bath and stairways. I found them to be honest and reliable. They were able to complete the job within budget and complete it within a reasonable time frame. I would definitely hire them again.

Recently, I just remodeled my house with a company called Argos. I have re-done a kitchen, two bathroom and one shower. The project was completed on time as promised. The workers and Contractor Victor were respectful, punctual and nice. I received a Great quality of work, excellent customer service. They used affordable and good quality materials for their work. Argos Construction a top notch firm that recently completed a 3 month renovation of my Pacific Heights home. We hail from Manhattan where I have gut renovated three apartments. At this point, I am fairly familiar with the process and knew that it would be a difficult to find a high quality firm to do a smaller renovation. We had recently purchased the home from a guy who flipped it and we needed to upgrade some of the work and add a bathroom. The entire interior of the house was painted and several rooms were wall papered. Lighting was replaced and sconces added.Viktor was my foreman and he could not have been nicer nor more conscientious. Always delivered as promised and kept his good sense of humor intact. At one point I was concerned that it would be impossible to install a chandelier over a metal industrial table that weighs literally a ton. He looked at the situation and said "I'm not going to consider that a problem until I'm sure it is one" - gotta love an attitude like that! And guess what- they managed to do it! Their subs are super nice and talented - one happy family who really work together to produce a great final product. Special shout-put to Alex, Saimon, Elvis and Udgin - we miss you guys!!!

.We purchased an older Victorian that badly needed work.The previous owners had done work themselves and you could tell.Kitchen cabinets did not close properly and did not line up.The bathrooms had wood countertops that were the same as the hardwood floors.They took shortcuts on plumbing and made other strange/cheap decisions. We decided to gut the kitchen and 2bathrooms and build new deck with foundation. We also refinished the floors painted and did other misc work around the house.We bid out the project to 4 contractors who all come highly recommended.My neighbors used custom construction for entire renovation when their apt caught on fire.He spoke highly of Viktor and his team.Viktor and his crew did an amazing job.We are extremely happy with the work,price,time line and his follow up .The kitchen and bathrooms is so amazing and we are happy when we see it everyday!!!! I highly recommend Him & his great services. Best constriction experience that I ever had! The job was done in timely manner. very professional and reliable. They completed remodeling of our office as promised and on time. They understood our requirements quickly, suggested some improvements and completed them. I have hired Argos Construction twice, once for a kitchen remodel in our previous apartment, and once for a full remodel in our current house. The fact that I am a repeat customer is best proof that I am happy with Argos Construction and the owner Viktor. Bottom line is that they do quality work at a reasonable price. Viktor is very knowledgable of all aspects of construction and his team is courteous and efficient. My favorite aspect of working with Argos is that Viktor is extremely responsive. He almost always picks up the phone when called. In the rare cases he doesn't he gets back to messages within minutes. To me, this is key when working with a contractor and having your home remodeled. I can only recommend Argos construction, and I will surely be working with them in the future.
