It's our pleasure to write a glowing review for the work Aspire did at our condo at Smith Mountain Lake. Their attention to detail from start to finish was superb. Our condo is our second home so we weren't present through most of the project, but Drew or Bradley kept us informed with any questions or changes that needed to be made. We will definitely hire Aspire for any projects we will do in the future. Thank you, Aspire team!

After moving to the lake full-time in 2021, we decided to remodel our outside rear deck. Our goal was to expand the deck's footprint and update all the materials. We knew it would be a significant project, so we were looking for a reputable construction company with experience working around the lake. After asking around, Aspire was repeatedly recommended as the best builder on the lake. In late summer 2021, we met with a representative from Aspire who arrived on time and was prepared to listen to our concerns and ideas for the deck design. Within a few weeks, we received the plans for the deck, along with a detailed listing of materials and labor costs. We wanted a deck that required minimal maintenance and used high-quality materials that would last. Aspire offered their thoughts on materials and expected challenges in meeting delivery schedules, especially given the pandemic timeframe. We decided to contract with Aspire, and the deck building began in September 2022. Throughout the process, we were impressed with the quality of the craftsmanship and the communication regarding any aspect of the build or any challenges with materials or supply chain disruptions. During the build, it was discovered that the upper decks needed to be rebuilt due to dry rot. We continued with Aspire to complete this work and also added an under-deck ceiling system. It's worth noting that Aspire and the crew also represented our interests throughout the process. We had an issue with the damaged decking, and Aspire held not just the retailer accountable but also had a manufacturer representative respond to ensure that only the best materials were delivered. They went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction with the result. Highly recommended.

Phone and e-mail correspondence clear and concise. We were satisified with the work, employees personable and adept at their trade. Post job clean up was excellent.

We have completed remodels on many of our homes and have used a variety of different contractors. Aspire has been the best contractor we have ever worked with. Not only was the work TOP quality (and I’m picky), the entire process was seamless from beginning to end. Bradley and Roland were highly professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. When we ran into a couple bumps (expected with any large project) they worked with us to quickly resolve the issues. If you are looking for high quality work from highly professional contractors who keep in constant communication and complete work in a timely fashion, Aspire is for you.

We just finished a master bath renovation. Our second project with Aspire. So well worth it! The attention to detail, on time completion and great communication will not be surpassed. They take care of everything.

Aspire completed a large addition/ renovation for me, it was essentially a new Custom Home. I could not be happier with the experience. From design, through final walk-through, they were customer focused and professional. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Bradley and Drew did a great job replacing and reconfiguring our sliding glass doors, including some structural work to enable us to put bi-parting sliders on our lakefront main rooms. Excellent finish work, clean construction, and outstanding customer support. Their personal attention to detail and construction expertise are unmatched -- the reasons we went with them initially that proved itself over the course of the project. Highest recommendation!

We highly recommend Aspire. The guys are responsive, communicative, knowledgeable, collaborative, always on time, willing to answer questions, and very friendly. They even came out to help us with an emergency problem the day after Christmas. We will never use another contractor again!

Bradley and the whole Aspire team were wonderful! We had them add a covered front porch to our 2-story home, new sidewalk and a retaining wall. This company provides unmatched workmanship and attention to detail. They were an absolute pleasure to have working at our home they maintained tidy work area and completed our project in a timely manner. Scott and I appreciated the work ethic of the entire crew. We are also very thankful for their suggestions to our project their experience and insight truly gave us a covered front porch better than what we had visioned. It made our home look like a completely new home had been built. They were also conscious of our budget in suggesting ways that would be cost effective to our project while also enhancing our home. We are thoroughly enjoying our front porch and are planning on using Aspire for a future project.

Aspire renovated our outdated kitchen. I found them to be a very professional enterprise, focused on customer service, who delivers superb results on time. They kept us informed throughout the construction/renovation process. They delivered high quality workmanship and made extra efforts to ensure everything was completed to our satisfaction. I will use their services again.

Aspire (then DF Building) did a phenomenal job on each of our projects we had them do. Most notably, we had them build a 583 square foot A-frame cottage on our property for me to use as my office. I bought the plans for the cottage from a company in Canada, then worked with Aspire to make some minor modifications to the plans. From that beginning point to the very end of the construction Aspire was professional and provided extremely high quality work. I highly recommend them for any construction or remodeling project you may have.
