We did a first floor renovation and we had nothing but a great experience working with Assured Accuracy. From the beginning we were comfortable working with them and appreciated their knowledge and professionalism. Everyone on their crew is respectful and never left our home dirty. Todd and Jessica are truly kind people and extremely easy to work with. They genuinely love what they do and it shows in the quality of their work. Looking forward to our next project!

Todd and Jessica did an incredible job with our bathroom. We had had some initial plans and drafts but Jessica turned these into something much better and closer to what we actually wanted but couldn't articulate on paper on our own. This was a very substantial job -- changing location of every single bathroom fixture, fixing the subfloor, adding an entirely new fixture, adding insulation behind drywall, full drywall given the amount of plumbing and electrical work needed, heated floors, ... -- and Todd organized everything with his crew to an incredibly precise extent. They were basically right on their initial timeline once accounting for a small delay due to additional subfloor damage that needed to be fixed -- despite this timeline being between two and six (!) weeks faster than other quotes we had gotten. You could tell Todd put all his attention on this job and kept it on track through all stages. The entire crew was so courteous and an absolute pleasure to have in our home (a perhaps crazy thing to say about a major renovation job but it really was!), leaving our place neater than they found it every evening. The actual work was also top notch -- we are super satisfied with the outcomes and guests coming over are quite amazed by how it turned out :)

We recently hired Todd from Assured Accuracy for a major custom home renovation. The entire house was stripped down to the studs and built back up with new floors, cabinets, doors, trim, drywall, plumbing, HVAC, electric, paint, appliances and tile within four months. I've worked with several contractors in the past and I've never encountered someone that is so skilled and diligent. He is a great communicator and is so creative when it comes to problem solving. His dedication to every detail allows you to relax during a time that is usually quite stressful. He is an excellent project manager, making sure to hire and oversee the best subcontractors to do electric, plumbing, floor installation, drywall and HVAC. His quality of workmanship is exceptional, utilizing his carpentry skills to create custom finishes like rounded trim throughout our home and a beautiful range hood. He flagged previous issues that had not been addressed and brought the home up to code. The vision I had for our home was perfectly executed. He managed to finish the project ahead of schedule and did not go over budget, which honestly I have never heard of. Especially during a time when most people are experiencing supply chain issues. We are now on to the next project with him and we could not be in better hands.

We had a great experience with Todd and his team. We had an ongoing intermittent leak that no one could figure out for almost 5 years and they were the only ones to figure out the problem area. Every aspect was great: finished quickly, very personable and we finally feel like we have the problem solved. Thank you Assured Accuracy!

Todd and the team from Assured Accuracy were highly responsive, collaborative, and completed the job at an excellent level of quality. My home experienced tidal flooding which caused the entire first floor to be filled with about 6 inches of saltwater. Todd and his team got right on it, helping me convert all the damaged drywall and moldings into a completely waterproof wall that can withstand any future flooding events beyond the 100 year flood line. They used top notch materials and efficiently completed the work. I will gladly work with Todd again in the future.

I have used Assured Accuracy on several occasions. I needed base boards after my carpets were removed. I recently had my walls painted and the baseboards needed to be wider/taller than the ones you can get in Home Depot, etc. Todd Murray, owner, created my baseboards custom to avoid repainting my rooms. They turned out beautiful. HIs workmanship is excellent. In June of 2022, my kitchen was flooded due to a leaky faucet. Todd worked with my insurance company and finished my kitchen. I wanted to keep my old upper cabinets as they were custom when we originally built the house. Since we couldn't get the exact match for the size and the space we had, Todd custom built several of the cabinets in the kitchen to fit the floor plan. The kitchen looks great. Todd and Jessica worked with me on the design and kept the cost within budget. Although the insurance company was difficult to deal with, Todd kept within his estimated time of completion, even after several months delay on the insurance adjuster's part. He made up time by working weekends, and after hours in order to have my kitchen ready for Thanksgiving. I don't know any other company that would be this dedicated to their clients. It was appreciated!! Five Stars for sure!!
