We had an excellent experience working with Astoria Construction on a major bathroom project in our home. The scope included a complete renovation of our existing primary bathroom as well as the addition of a brand-new half bathroom with a sink, toilet, and cabinetry. From the beginning, we had a fairly aggressive timeline, and they delivered a high-quality finished project while staying within the schedule we needed. Communication throughout the project was one of their biggest strengths. We always knew when they would be at the house, where things stood, what was coming next, and what materials would be needed and when. That made a major difference for us, not only for coordinating our own schedules, but also because we were able to procure materials as the project progressed rather than having everything delivered and stored at once. The quality of the work was excellent, and that extended to the trades Astoria brought into the project. With the addition of a new half bathroom and the extensive work in the primary bathroom, the project required coordination across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, cabinetry, and other trades. Everyone they brought into our home was professional, respectful, and clearly held to the same standards for quality and timeliness. Our project also included design work, which added another layer of complexity given the condensed timeline. At times, design and construction were happening in parallel, with trades needing drawings and decisions quickly to keep the project moving. The Astoria team coordinated extremely well across everyone involved and made sure the necessary information was available without allowing those dependencies to derail the schedule. Most importantly, throughout the project, they earned our trust. They were hardworking, dependable, transparent, and clearly cared about the quality of the finished product. Having people in your home every day for an extended construction project requires a lot of trust, and we always felt completely comfortable with the Astoria team. We would absolutely work with Astoria Construction again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor who combines quality craftsmanship with strong communication, reliable project management, and the ability to handle a complex project from design through completion.

The Astoria team are very professional, but treated our project like we were family. So while they were organized, timely, and communicated well with us throughout the project, they were warm and sensitive to hearing our needs and questions. From the beginning, Astoria’s pre-construction expertise supported us with a detailed 3D visual design, architectural drawings and comprehensive cost for our project. Their project and interior design process was innovative and creative, which helped us really hit the bullseye of what we were dreaming in our hearts. We have dealt with many other contractors with projects in the past, and most start out well and then they drag the project on and never really finish well. Astoria Construction is one of those hidden gems in the Construction World that have integrity, professionalism, high-end expertise (they do beautiful work), and have mastered the loss art of “doing what you say you are going to do”…..they finish well. I plan to use them on a Commercial business project, they are that good. If we could give 10 stars, we would!

Great Contractor that takes pride in all of the work they do and they stand by their quality 100%. They have kept us informed through the different steps of several projects we have done with them. Anything from a small remodel to new construction. I highly recommend.
