Authentic Construction built our dream home for our family. We were determined to make this a positive, fun, stress free experience and Authentic Construction met and surpassed all our expectations. When we would tell people we were building a home, everyone assumed it was one big nightmare. We would explain that Authentic was extremely professional and contrary to it being a nightmare, we were loving the entire experience. They have an incredible staff that handle every situation that arises with a smile on their face, but more importantly resolve things quickly. Our desired building schedule was quite tight, and each milestone was met on time and our house was finished on time, frankly a very rare occurrence. Isa has a keen eye for design and always keeps your budget in mind. She has the experience and expertise to appeal to every clients individual taste and preference. She is so pleasant, patient and easy to work with. Isa is a professional and while working with her on my project she has become someone I consider a friend.

All of the members of Authentic Construction team are true professionals. The time invested up front by determining our needs and wants and then matching these with a true budget assured that we were at all times informed of the project costs and thus there were not any unexpected "surprises". The goals of time frame were met and there were no delays. The work done by the subcontractors was supervised at all times and anything that needed to be redone or remodeled was done to our satisfaction without any hassles . An amazing team of professionals, who work well together and go over and beyond to achieve excellence. The work was completed within the time frame discussed. Their knowledge, experience and professionalism is displayed by every member of the team providing a seamless process. My project was relatively small in comparison to their normal jobs yet I was made to feel important as if I was their largest and only project. Attention to detail, listen to the client's wishes and concerns and the job is not complete until full satisfaction is achieved. The quality of the job is excellent.
