For accessory dwelling units, we start with a paid feasibility study, so you know whether your lot works under Denver zoning, what the project will cost, and how long permitting will take before you commit to design. We also handle our own smart home, audio-video, networking, and security integration, which means those systems are designed into the build rather than retrofitted afterward.
