The Avlas Group came recommended by a colleague and my grand cousin who worked with Andrei years ago on a kitchen/dining renovation. I’m so pleased with the updates Andrei and his team did: they installed lower dining room cabinets (built-in buffet storage), fixed my baseboard and replaced the main shower flooring. They were professional, conscientious, and very efficient. Highly recommend!

If you want the BEST contractor in the business, this is the Contractor to hire. I had purchased a condominium in dire need of paint, new flooring, and just about everything else. I contacted Andrei, who immediately called me back and furnished me with a detailed quote. Andrei is not your typical contractor. You can actually TALK to him on the phone, and he responds the same day. I can't tell you how impressed I am with the work completed. And it was all completed when he said it would be done. I was so impressed. The condominium looks brand new! I even had them purchase new blinds/fans and put the up. You will not be disappointed!

When we first purchased our condo in September of 2015, it was shabby, dated and in much need of a facelift. We knew no one in the Naples area nor anyone in our community, so our real estate agent recommended Andre Avlas to help us renovate the unit. We could not be here when the work was being done, so we took a leap of faith and contracted with Andre to do a myriad of jobs that would be required to make the condo livable come Jan. 2016, when we wanted to return for the season. In a few busy weeks that September, Andre helped us pick out flooring, paint, countertops, lighting fixtures, bathroom tiles etc., etc., etc., and promised to finish the job by January. He sent us progress pictures during the renovation and, as promised, the work was done to our satisfaction and on time. And as importantly, at the reasonable price he quoted us when we first contracted with hm. Andrei has been our trusted general contractor for over a decade. The most recent project was adding extra bathroom to my house. The crew even helped us with protecting and moving the furniture.
