Working with Brian Jordan was an exceptional experience! My phase of the project is usually executed toward the end of construction. Because of Brian's forethought and his continual communication with me before the start date, we were able to start and complete a 4 week job on time! He always addressed any questions I had about substrates and surface preparations for our plasters. When talking with Brian, he focuses on what you are saying- he is "truly listening". He uses that same focusing ability on every aspect of the project down to the tiniest of details. Brian not only cares about his project, he, also, works closely with his clients to make sure their ideas and dreams come to fruition. I work with contractors throughout North America and when I arrived on the job site in Longview Texas, I knew that Brian brought a level of professionalism not often found in contractors. His project was a large luxury home and his customer (the home owner) wanted many specialty products not found in his local market, and that required Brian to expand his base of subcontractors and vision. Brian easily adapted to these needs, and our FirmoLux was one of the companies that he used to assist in his plan. We supplied his project with authentic Italian lime plaster finishes for walls in this great house and every detail and aspect of our involvement was clearly outlined and provided to us.
