We hired Brian and his team to renovate the basement, which was mostly unfinished and built in the 1950s. Brian’s team did all the framing, drywalling, mudding, window and floor installation, and painting. Brian also built a beautiful mantle and installed some shiplap around our electric fireplace. It was such a pleasure working with Brian. I think above all, we appreciated his close attention to detail, and the genuine pride he takes in his work. Brian was always available if we had any questions and he regularly kept us updated on the progress of the project. We have already raved about his work to all our friends and family, and will definitely rehire him for any future work in our home. Thanks for making our basement pinterest-worthy Brian!

We hired Brain last year to demo and reconstruct our home. We are very satisfied with the results and the process was seamless and on budget. During the construction Brian was full of useful ideas and suggestions making all our decisions easier. Overall, we would highly recommend B. North Contracting to everyone planning small or large renovations on their home.

My first project with Brian was a complete main bathroom renovation. I hired him based on the high recommendation of a neighbour (who has also included reviews). Brian was fabulous to work with. He was professional and easy to work with. He had great ideas, welcomed my input and me being "hands-on" for some aspects. I especially appreciated his attention to detail in creating my dream bathroom. The work was done on time and within budget (slightly expanded budget as I kept adding to the project as I went along. I have since then hired him to do a kitchen/dining room renovation. He was unavailable for the year I had to build my garage, but recommended a close friend who was equally amazing. Brian even stopped by to help a couple of times! As I consider other renovations, Brian will be always be my "go to".

Brian is very professional and completed all the tasks within budget and the quality of the work was outstanding. We are going to renovate another unit and B North will be doing the work. We have done three sets of house renovations with Brian North Contracting. The most recent renovation was very large -- we added an addition to our house and reconfigured the upstairs -- and we were not willing to do this large-scale project unless Brian could be our contractor (we would trust no one else!), given how much we appreciated his professionalism during the two previous renovations. The previous renovations included re-siding and roofing on the outside of the house, and remodeling two bathrooms and a laundry room on the inside. Brian is extremely conscientious, hard-working, skilled and creative, organized, timely, and keeps projects to budget. We have plans for a fourth project (a carport) with him this year!
