We used B Smart Builders last summer to re route our laundry room/mudroom and they did an amazing job. Came in under budget, came up with wonderful ideas and were an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them!!

Smart's team came to my house to start the planning process for an addition and told me I'd hear back from them with a plan in two weeks. That was six + weeks ago now, and I've heard nothing. I followed up with a phone call after four weeks (leaving a message with my callback #, which they already had) and two + weeks later, still _nothing_. No contact. They've wasted my time. Look elsewhere. I know I will be. (And I'll be letting the friend who rec'd them know he's recommending the wrong folks.)

We had our kitchen completely remodeled, a bathroom repaired and updated, wood flooring installed and a new front door put in. From the initial meeting to the final inspection, Cheryl and her team were courteous and professional. We lived in our house during the construction and they were extremely considerate, arriving promptly each morning, working hard the entire day and cleaning up before leaving the house. We couldn't be more pleased with the results.

We hired B Smart Builders to do a complete remodel of our downstairs. They moved load bearing walls, removed flooring and subflooring, poured new foundations inside the home moved electrical and plumbing supply and drains throughout the home and moved inside and outside doors and windows. Their workmanship was excellent and their workers were courteous and very skilled. We lived in the home during the construction and B Smart was very accommodating, making the home as livable as possible with both cleanliness and timing of work. Their workers were there every day with no down time. All of our friends and professionals that have seen the final product have praised the work that was done. We contracted on a cost plus basis and the final costs were less than 1% over their estimates other than change orders we initiated. Their complete date was exactly on their original estimate which is very unusual. When we have another project we will not hesitate to contract with B Smart. I highly recommend that if you have a project let B Smart give you a bid.

My wife and I had purchased a 1970's home which needed a complete renovation. We were out of town and were planning to be gone a few months. We were totally at a loss when our contractor quit halfway through the job. My wife, who has a construction background, flew home to figure it out. Simply put we were in a very unsettling situation. We outlined the scope of work and were given a very realistic bid that showed she really understood the the job. Cheryl stepped in, completed the renovation and in a record three weeks time! Cheryl is professional, optimistic and upbeat. It was a pleasure working with her and she continues to check in on us. We would recommend Cheryl, B Smart Builders, and we would definitely use her again.

My husband and I had 2 very good experiences with B Smart Builders. Two years ago they remolded our kitchen and one of our bathrooms. The updates were great. I was especially pleased with the large drawers that replaced the lower cabinets in the kitchen. No more crawling on my hands and knees with flashlight between my teeth to find items in the dark corners of cabinets. Our latest remolded has been the addition of a roof over our patio. The fan and lights make it a very inviting place. B Smart Builders employees are helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.

B Smart builders have provided us with a beautiful, well built TV room that replaced a brick outside patio. They were delayed while waiting for a city building permit, but once the permit was approved they promptly finished the project. Their subcontractors were excellent and the cleanup was promt. B Smart Builders remodeled our 1968 kitchen and living area into a contemporary open floor plan. They installed new appliances and custom cabinets in the kitchen and designed a new fireplace wall.

Took out a wall between our living and dining room. Very professional, and helped us with the vision of everything we wanted to do. I Would recommend Cheryl and her team anytime on any project.
