Dave did a wonderful renovation of our finished basement. He was professional, punctual, competent, and his subcontractors were great! He stayed within budget and helped us select materials that worked so well in our home. I would highly recommend Barco Construction and hope to use them again for future projects.

We hired Barco Construction to do a complete kitchen renovation. Dave was fantastic! He was a complete professional, and also so easy to work with. He let us know from the beginning what his process would be and about how long the project would take. We had a few unavoidable delays along the way, but Dave was able to work around them. The subs he used for electrical work and plumbing were also outstanding. We now have a beautiful new kitchen, thanks to Barco Construction. I would definitely hire them again for any projects I wanted to do in the future.

Working with Dave and Barco Construction was a real pleasure. He renovated a bathroom, which required a full gut and adding a new dormer window. He showed up when he said he would and made great progress each day. Dave is very easy-going and a great problem solver. His experience and expertise really show in his work, and all the trades who worked at the house were very skilled too. I am very happy with the finished bathroom. I would not hesitate to work with him again and highly recommend Barco Construction.

I wouldn’t use any other contractor after using Barco Construction for a full demo and kitchen renovation in my century home. Dave Barco was always a pleasure to work with, on budget and on schedule. Dave Barco provided a very competitive estimate for structural and roofing damage repairs. He was able to begin the job quickly and the quality of work was better than before storm damage happened. He is very kind and communicative, and honest when it comes down to business if the required work ended up being less than the original estimate.

Dave Barco is an excellent contractor. The master bathroom and powder room remodel was well run and we are thrilled with the completed projects. I would highly recommend him for any of your remodeling projects.
