We hired Bobby to tear down and replace our deck. The new deck was significantly bigger with composite decking, so a fairly pricey job. We hired Bobby because he received really good reviews and was able to get the deck done in the time frame that we needed. We had a big 40th birthday party that we wanted it done for. One week before he was scheduled to start, while we were in Europe, we got an email from him canceling the whole project. Not to reschedule for a later date, but cancelling all together. We had already both signed the contract, had the loan, had the new furniture, everything we needed to get the project done. Now we are past the date of the birthday party and and the company we have decided to use can't start until the end of July.

We would highly recommend Bartlett Construction to anyone! A true value in the contractor and construction business, as far as we're concerned. He was very professional, gave us a competitive bid, made a CAD design before we began so we could visualize how our project would look, and was happy to make any changes that we wanted. He knows the building codes and requirements like the back of his hand, so all the inspections went super smooth. He worked fast, his finished product was outstanding, and he stayed on budget throughout the entire basement remodel. In fact, he actually saved a little on one portion of our remodel and passed the savings on to us. It is our experience, that he is a very honest individual. As such, we plan to use his company again in the future. Thanks to Bartlett Construction for our amazing basement!

I hired Bobby to install our hardwood floors. He also sub-contracted our carpet installation. His work looks great! We are very happy with his work. Part of this installation was baseboard replacement, and there were many contours to navigate. All of his cuts were pieced together with great precision. The floor was done in the same professional precision. Bobby addressed all of our concerns and answered all of our questions. We had done business with Bartlett Construction in the past and had great results with some tile work. I would recommend without hesitation.

Bobby and his crew built a deck for our home and did a great job!! Bobby helped design the deck which was in a unusual location and slope of a hill. The stairs and railings are custom and like no other! We LOVE it!! Bobby has since done a couple other smaller jobs with the same quality and craftsmanship! Bobby did some tile work in my laundry room as well as my master bathroom, and guest bathroom. My husband and I were very impressed with the work he did! Bobby does excellent work, is very professional, and respectful! Would definitely recommend.
