We had a wonderful experience working with Bartow Builders to build our home! When we mentioned to others that we were building a home they often said, "Agh, isn't it stressful!" We had no idea what they were talking about, building our home was not stressful at all and we feel that's because of our builder. Bartow has wonderful communication, timeliness, and input which made our process stress free and fun. Now enjoying our home we have had many comments about the quality and attention to detail our house possesses thanks to Bartow Builders. We would recommend them time and time again!

After having been satisfied with Bartow Builders completion of a couple of smaller projects in our house, we contacted Brandon Bartow with the prospect of expanding our family living area by adding on a new family room which would be open concept to an expanded total-remodeled kitchen and dining area plus new patio and landscaping. The results of Bartow Builders design concept for us could not be more pleasing to us and continues to be a joy for us to relax and entertain in. Those who have visited since our remodel are in awe of the results and quality. We love our expanded family room with new fireplace and large windows offering us beautiful views plus the large and fully functional kitchen that is the envy of many. Our project plan began in early spring 2016 and was completed a few months later in fall. Brandon helped us arrive at a suitable design after offering us several renderings of what we wanted included. Having an in-house architect drawing up the specifications to our acceptance was a plus. Bartow Builders coordinated for all the subcontractors, providing us with a list of who to contact for specific decision choices we needed to make to complete our project. All the subcontractors involved in our project met in house with us to discuss exactly what our preferential needs were and also made suggestions for areas we may not have considered. Once all major decisions in design were approved, the actual construction work began with a new basement space dug under what would be our new family room. Everyone we met hired by Bartow Builders was very accommodating to our needs and suggestions, helpful with viewpoints we needed discussed, and always courteous and polite. Appropriate datelines were determined and, once the July onset of our basement commenced, there was a constant flow of activity inside and out of our house. We noted continual progress and enjoyed the people we came to know as a result of the construction. It was also ‘comforting??’ and nice to see how Bartow Builders kept a close eye on daily progress with frequent stops to check on details. We would highly recommend Bartow Builders as a quality, personal, and dedicated firm to hire for any project. There would be no hesitation on our behalf to hire them for future projects or refer their name on to anyone who wants a reputable local construction firm that puts their customers first!

Very professional, excellent workmanship. Friendly people. I especially enjoyed working with Brandon's staff who were always available to answer questions. Of course there were some bumps along the road, as remodeling is never easy but hiccups were handled exceptionally well and with the highest level of integrity. We love our bathroom. Bartow Builders is one of the best in the area for a reason. His team was able to take our vision and make it a reality. Working with Brandon in the initial meetings to the completion of the project, you could tell he really wanted to ensure we were happy with the final product. The construction crew communicated with us on a regular basis to ensure the highest quality and meet our expectations. The office administrators were also a pleasure to work with; they would take the time to follow up and ensure the products being installed were up to our standard and made sure that it worked with the design. Working with such a dedicated team of professionals helped us finish within the expected timeframe and move into our beautifully remodeled home.

Bartow Builders helped us build our dream home. They were extremely professional but not at the expense of losing a personal touch. They worked with us from start to finish and continue to help us five years later to maintain our home. We highly recommend them and have ourselves chosen to continue to use them on continued projects. Brandon Bartow's knowledge of the building process allows him to put forth quality work in a timely manner. He met deadlines and stayed on budget and in the end we have our dream home to raise our family in.

(2) separate remodel projects (July 2016 and November 2016). Bartow Builders has excellent customer service and quality of work! Brandon helped us through the remodeling process and gave great feedback for design and functionality of our remodeling projects. A report and pictures are sent to you at the end of each day to keep you at ease in knowing what his team worked on for the day. He made the whole process smooth and deadlines were met with both projects! Big or small project, you will get the absolute best work from his guys!

We just moved into our new house that was built by Bartow Builders. We were extremely satisfied with the entire process. From the design phase through the end of the construction, Brandon and his crew were professional and courteous. They showed great attention to detail and worked hard to make sure we were pleased with everything that was done. Their use of a software program helped us track progress on the site, even when we were away, and allowed for an open communication channel between us and the crew. We would highly recommend Bartow Builders.

My house was everything I dreamed it could be and beyond what I could have imagined. Our site manager Craig Fisher was exceptional and was always willing to go the extra mile to provide superior customer service and communication. Constant professionals and superb craftsman I couldn't be happier with my choice of general contractor. We get nothing but compliments and I hope they are as proud of their work as I am of my home!

VERY PROFESSIONAL! After purchasing a downtown building I hired Bartow Builders to do a complete remodel, floor to ceiling and wall to wall.
