Bayer Builders recently completed our master bathroom remodel. Kurt Bayer was extremely easy to work with and very professional. His project manager and team was enjoyable to work with as well and they bent over backwards to make the transformation as painless as possible. The attention to detail is just what we were looking for and the suggestions they made were spot on. We did make some changes to our original plan, but Kurt and his team adjusted accordingly, helping us achieve the bathroom we were looking for. The cost of the project was about what we expected and with Kurt's guidance and help we stayed right on budget. If we do any other remodeling, Bayer Construction will be our contractor. Anyone who needs a remodel and doesn’t consider Bayer Builders is making a mistake.

We hired Bayer Builders to remove our garage and build an addition to our house. They are construction craftsmen. For example, as part of their contract we independently hired a siding contractor to blend the addition with the existing house. The siding contractor wanted to know who built the addition because in 30 years of installing siding it was the most perfect construction he had ever seen. We hired Bayer Builders because they renovated our neighbor’s house, we were very impressed, and they were highly recommended. We are very pleased that we chose Bayer Builders.

We first hired Bayer Builders almost 30 years ago when we lived in an old house and the neighbors told us Don was the go to contractor for the challenges of renovating an historic home. We were so pleased with their integrity and craftsmanship that when we moved into a 70's ranch house we asked them to remodel the kitchen. Don acted as architect, designer, and mentor, and the results transformed the whole house. We have since had the Bayers for many projects, the latest being some updates to two bathrooms and the front porch. Kurt helped us get our ideas together and gave us the same attention and mentorship his dad always had. Greg was, first of all, a pleasure to work with, patient, good natured, and willing to go the extra mile to make things perfect. We were once again completely happy with the results, and with the fact that we came in under budget. We can only sing the praises of Bayer Builders, and highly recommend them!

Bayer Builders completed a kitchen and bath remodel for us and their quality of work and attention to detail were outstanding! John is fast and very reliable. They got me out of a rut after my old contractor ran away with my deposit. They made time for the install in the middle of busy season after I had a issues with the project. John's easy to work with, quick to respond, and reliable. Seth, one of his carpenters, does an awesome job, even city inspector was pleasantly surprised. When you do your contractor search, start with Bayer. It'll save you a lot of time.

We have used Bayer Builders for several remodeling projects at two houses over the past few years. At our first house they removed a large brick fireplace/chimney and installed two skylights. At our next house they installed 3 skylights and removed a load-bearing wall to open up our living space. Bayer Builders helped us create the house of our dreams. Together we created a wonderful additon to our exsisting home. This was no small project! We added space, reaarnaged existing walls, we dropped a floor and spent countless hours on very detailed decsions. We also built a pool house, pool and large patio. All through this process, they were wonderul and extremely easy to work with. They are very professional, polite and honest about decisions being made. They take great pride in their work and the people( other essentials, plumbers, electricans etc.) they brought into our home. We lived in our existing space while doing the construction. They were always very considerate and enjoyable to have around. Kurt was very helpful in all our decision making, often offering suggestions or ways to improve the finished product. He worked well with our interior designer and all the challenging things we asked him to find or do. We could not be more pleased with our finished product and it has been a pleasure to get ot know and work with Kurt, Greg and Don and the rest of their family. We highly recommend them to anyone!
