We purchased a home built by BCB homes, and we are so impressed with the quality of the home! We LOVE it! Even though we are the second owners, we have been told by two BCB professionals to reach out if we ever have questions or need help with the home. This past Easter evening, a gentlemen unexpectedly knocked on our door to let us know that we had a major flood in front of our home and into the street. The gentleman was Sebastian Arago, a superintendent for BCB Homes who was out checking on one of his projects. Even though it was late and a holiday, Mr. Arago stayed to try to help us find and shut off the source of the water. Mr. Arago also gave us his personal contact info and offered to come back to our home to meet the City of Naples Water Department to help them work through the problem. Mr. Arago did all of this before even knowing our home is a BCB Home! Our opinion of BCB Homes is that they do QUALITY work and have QUALITY people! We highly recommend BCB Homes! As an custom Architectural Firm, we are fortunate to be able to work with many different builders. We have a history of working with BCB HOMES on multiple projects, from commercial buildings, multi-family residential, model homes, to high end custom homes in the most sought after properties and communities in Southwest Florida. We've worked together for more than a decade and have always been impressed with the quality of craftsmanship and attention to detail provided by BCB HOMES. They go out of their way to make customers happy with all aspects of the construction phase. Their skilled sub-contractors are also very detailed oriented and professional. It's always a pleasure collaborating with their team in order to see an exemplary piece of architecture executed within a clients budget, time frame and to perfection.

BCB Homes was hired to build my home in Bay Colony Estates in the late 1990's. It was a an experience with no surprises, time schedules were consistently met, their sub-contractors were all very professional as were their internal staff. They did go beyond expectations after the fact with their warrantee responsibilities. There is no issues that were not handled immediately and to perfection.

I hired BCB Homes to renovate my home in Naples, while I was living in Boston. The renovation included a near-gutting of my house down to the studs, as well as significant plumbing work, electric, HVAC, knocking down walls, adding walls and a new master bedroom and bath--pretty much everything besides demo-ing the house completely. The process could have been unimaginably difficult without the trustworthy, professional, knowledgeable and attentive people who work for and with BCB. I could not be happier with the results. Every bit of work done by BCB is top-notch and of the finest quality. Once I had moved in, I spent weeks looking for some flaw or something to complain about, but I could find nothing. BCB worked within my budget, hit every deadline (and were actually early with some), and made a potentially very stressful process almost easy. All of my calls and emails were answered within a couple of hours, and usually immediately. Because I was not in Naples during the renovation, I had to rely on BCB and trust them with dozens of critical decisions. They never let me down. When I build a home in Naples someday, I will definitely look to BCB again.

BCB was the General Contractor that built our home in Naples, Florida. My wife and I were pleased with every part of our interaction with BCB. In addition to building the home we wanted, they gave us a great deal of ideas and recommendations. In particular, they recommended materials, different designs and they always advocated on our behalf with suppliers and sub-contrators. They backed up their work and came to fix things even after the warranty period ended. We have since hired BCB to visit our home during the off season and they have done a great job there as well. I have also found BCB to take an owner/operator approach to their business which I find appealing.
