Brad had completed a project and did not follow code which came up in a home inspection. Brad refuses to correct his work. Ran new vent but failed to connect vent to outside.

Brad and the team did an excellent job on our fireplace. The entire team was prompt, hard working, and courteous the whole time and the results speak for themselves. I would highly recommend Beauman to anyone.

Brad and his team completed a full bath and powder room remodel in our home and my wife and I could not be happier with the results. During the process Brad took the time to really listen to what we were asking for and was very helpful in guiding us in selecting the options that would be best for our budget, the esthetic look we wanted and ours specific needs. Brad's experience really paid off early in the project with the replacement of the bath tub with a custom shower enclosure where the existing drain/piping for the bath was not only too small for a shower but the builder had packed a large amount of electrical and plumbing components in the path of where the drain components needed to be routed. He and his team were able to work out a code compliant solution quickly that is working very well. Its has been over a month now since the work was completed and I still take a moment each time I exit the main bathroom to look back and admire the difference Brad and his team made but particularly in the great tile work his team did in that space. We have a kitchen that is in need of some work probably sometime next year and Brad will be my the first and only call I make.

Dave and I were lucky enough to find Beauman Construction to finish our master bathroom project this spring. When we bought our home last fall, the previous owner had begun a remodel of it but there still remained items such as new flooring, tile work which resulted in a new porcelain tile shower with a frameless glass hinged door and accent tile surrounding the jacuzzi tub, and a raised panel tub base enclosure. Brad and Ray were professional, arrived on time, provided high quality work with great attention to detail, left a clean worksite everyday and offered helpful advice when needed. Their customer service was exceptional! You can really tell that Brad takes great pride in his work and wants his clients to be very satisfied with the end result. We would highly recommend Brad and his team for your construction needs!

I hired Beauman Construction to renovate my entire townhome in Aurora, CO. That included my kitchen, two bathrooms, all flooring, painting, and replacing windows. Their team handled all of my needs with a smile along with providing next-level wisdom that only comes with many years of experience. Additionally, they have the hookup with some great services companies, which ensured I received a competitive price to go along with trusting in who I was working with. You'll be considered fortunate if you are able to get an appointment to have these guys work on your new project, as a strong brand is always in high demand, and especially during these Covid times, where demand is through the roof for home renovations. I'll 100% recommend them to anyone, and will come back for their services when I need my next round of remodeling.

I bought a new construction home where the sale fell through. Unfortunately for me the house was already complete and were not my style. Cheap options, like fixtures and appliances. The cabinets were an orangish oak color, dark brown faux wood vinyl (yes the kind they put I houses in the 70’s), electric stove and the master bathroom was underwhelming to say the least. I had a long list of projects, from adding a gas line so that I could get a gas range to designing a master bathroom. Brad was wonderfully accommodating as I added things like under-counter lighting that I hadn’t thought about until after picking out my backsplash. Ann was fabulous as she helped me achieve the look I wanted. This was no tiny feat, believe me. Have you ever had to try to find a countertop and backsplash that goes with orange oak cabinets, grey walls and ugly vinyl flooring? I didn’t think it was possible however, after many trips with Ann (multiple trips by Ann alone) to look at countertops, tile and bathtubs we found the perfect combination that pulled it all together. Beauman Construction gives you a lot of personal attention and does quality work. Ann spent many hours assisting me with choices and layout. It was like having my own personal designer. I love my house, it feels like a home, MY home.

Beauman Construction did a complete remodel of our hall bathroom (pics attached), made repairs to our master bathroom and updated another bathroom upstairs. This included new heated tile floors (which we love). He and his crew did a beautiful job and their drywall work is second to none. When Brad finds work not completed to code by previous contractors he fixes it. It is not easy to find a contractor who cares as much as Brad does about quality outcomes, offers helpful solutions and is willing do the extra work necessary to make it right. We greatly appreciate everything that he did for us.

Brad Beauman and his team did a wonderful job on our master bathroom remodel! I highly recommend Beauman Construction. Not only does Brad do quality work, but he’s got your back in all things. For example, I had difficulty getting through to the appliance people for an extra part (They were basically ignoring my calls.) Brad took over and suddenly the Costumer Service people of the appliance store were urgently calling ME! His workers are friendly and so easy to be around, I felt like they were part of the family. Yes, they sweep up every evening so your house is livable during the whole renovation as well. Brad himself has a great designer’s eye, and will help you through the process. Finally, his prices are reasonable as compared to others out there. Yes, he’s worth the wait!

We hired Beauman Construction for a complete kitchen remodel which included new cabinets, new appliances, new tile flooring and backsplash etc . Living in a high-rise in Denver makes things a little more complicated, but Brad coordinated everything with the building manger and things went quite smoothly. My wife and I had forgotten about a substantial amount of cash that was hidden in the old cabinets and his crew found and returned the money, which was incredible. These guys are honest and professional, they showed up every day and finished the job on time. Brad followed up with some issues we had with the cabinets and even though it was the cabinet makers fault, he made sure that we were completly satisfied. I would definatley use this company again and have recomended him to other people in the building.

Brad does what he says he will do, and when he said he would. He has a great crew, and he has great ideas that made my projects even better.

Our kitchen was literally transformed by Beauman Construction. We told Brad our vision and color preferences, and he suggested the small touches that made it modern and convenient: soft close cabinets and drawers, GFI and USB outlets, roll-out shelves, and a hidden WiFi charging station that is fabulous! He told us where to shop and made recommendations that gave us quality materials at a good price. We ended up with a very quiet garbage disposal that will last forever and handle anything we throw into it and an instant hot water unit that makes hot water for tea, mac and cheese, and soup instantly. Brad's crew are incredibly hard-working and neat. It is obvious that everyone involved with the project cares about quality workmanship. Even his counter top guy exceeded our expectations. He worked with complicated angles and mistakes made by the builders yet fabricated our beautiful quartz counter top with only one well-placed, invisible seam. We couldn't be happier!
