Beautiful Basements did an outstanding job finishing our basement. Dan provided a very thorough estimate/proposal. It detailed all the work to be done and the materials to be used so we knew what to expect and what we were getting right from the start. Ashley was a tremendous help selecting paint colors, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and carpeting to achieve the look that we wanted. Fred, Johnny, Jensen, Devin, Joe, David, and Jessica all worked on tasks in the basement at various times during the project. They were all very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. They were very responsive whenever we had questions about the work. They arrived punctually each day and let us know if there was going to be a change in work time. They worked hard and were efficient at completing the project. They were well qualified to do the work assigned and did a great job. Beautiful Basements did an excellent job communicating throughout the project. We received texts letting us know what the next task was, who would be performing the work, and what time they would arrive. We received texts the evening before, or the same morning, if there were daily changes due to unforeseen circumstances. We are very pleased with the results of our basement finishing project and highly recommend Beautiful Basements for your basement project.

Dan and his crew were the best contractors we could have asked for to finish our basement. Dan is so professional and remains in constant contact with you. His crew is timely and know their jobs very well. He starts the project on time and finishes on time. His pricing is beyond fair and he stuck to the original quote despite us adding on several things to our list of wants. His crew was flexible and ensured the house was always clean. I am a perfectionist and I can be hard on contractors, but I can assure you that Dan is the guy for your basement. I was not paid or asked to leave this review.

I highly recommend Dan and his team at Beautiful Basements! During the initial call, Dan clearly explained the estimate and planning process. After the first visit, he provided an itemized estimate and diagram of the project. Dan was also very responsive when I would reach out with questions/concerns/changes to the plan. The team was friendly and professional, well organized, and cleaned up after themselves. They also provide a designer free of charge that gave us excellent recommendations on carpet, paint color, bathroom tile, etc. It was also convenient that the team at Beautiful Basements includes a plumber and electrician. A few months ago, we made the decision to have our basement finished. We needed the space and I was tired of referring to it as the basement or the dungeon.. we even eventually tried to paint it white and put area rugs down for the toys but nothing helped so we committed to having a company come in and make it beautiful… It was an intimidating venture to start until I met Dan. Then everything changed. His goal from the beginning was to create a functional, entertaining family space and he understood the assignment. He was right on point with my vision while applying his expertise and knowledge to transform our unfinished basement into our now favorite place in our home. Dan and his team did such an amazing job ! Absolutely incredible! Professional, consistent, communicative, quality work and used quality products! The crew and Dan reminded me daily the goal is to make me happy and he and his team came through and went above and beyond! I even missed them as they left on the last day of the project. The goal was to have a place for the kids so that I could have my upstairs back now that they are getting bigger and their friends are getting bigger lol but now I am thinking this is my space! It’s no longer called the basement, we refer to it as the lower level lounge …thank you to Dan and his crew! We are forever grateful for your work and your dedication to creating this space. My experience with beautiful basements was tremendous. It started with Dan coming by the house so we could look at the basement, here what plans I had for it, and use his vast knowledge for suggestions. He listened to my ideas and answered every question I had. Then he quickly got a floorplan over to me with a quote. Everything looked good and we set a date for when his crew could start. The crew started right on time with no delays. Don was amazing to work with. He would check in with me whenever something came up that might seem strange. The steps to the basement were not straight, so he explained to me what he'd be doing to fix it since it wasn't something that is normally done. Whenever I came home from work everyday, the basement was spotless. They would clean up every little bit of mess that was made that day. I was shocked, I was expecting a construction site down there but it was clean. If there were any hiccups along the way, it wasn't because of Don and his crew it was a supplier issue. They finished on time and our basement looks great. I would highly recommend Beautiful Basements to anyone looking to get their basement finished.

Dan and his crew did an absolutely amazing job transforming our basement! They were on time, extremely kind and very respectful. They were organized and always tidied up at the end of each day. They answered any and all questions we had, kept us updated on the progress and went above and beyond by installing the cat hole we purchased into the new door being installed for our cats! The basement looks wonderful!!
