Thomas Schoen of BECC construction built our house after we moved to the Big Island. Thomas and his team were very professional in planning our build. We previously lived in a large 2 story brick home. Obviously, downsizing takes planning and this team excels in this area. After planning, Thomas led the process of getting HOA and county approval. Within the month,we broke ground and completed the project early. Like all house builds there are changes. Thomas was able to accommodate, after viewing options and costs. His prices were reasonable and provided what we wanted. Excellent build quality and product choices. We would highly recommend BECC. Given the opportunity, we would unequivocally use this company again. We also contracted with this company to add an addition that turned out perfectly.
