As a general contractor and builder, we have the ability to see a job through from start to finish, including design and project management. In fact, our process starts with the meeting you set up. It then progresses through return visits with any additional professionals you may require, such as an engineer, electrician, or plumber, until you are ready to begin construction. Only when we understand what you want and need for the job do we begin work. Belliveau Construction has a loyal, professional and knowledgeable staff that is able to take on all aspects of the building trade; this includes dependable and courteous office staff that assist in the initial meeting of a potential customer. Our staff is "client-centered," meaning we listen to all of our customers’ wants and needs, ensuring that no details are left out, to make dreams become reality and ensure project schedules and budgets.

We have contracted this company for 3 projects. Each project has been well managed and the outcomes more than we could ever expect. Our suggestions were incorporated into the design and recommendations were received to improve the project. The first project was 3 bedrooms including all new windows and flooring. We were so pleased we did not attain any other quotes for our next project, a bathroom. Again, simply outstanding finished project. Our most recent project was the entire main floor of our home, removing all interior walls for an open concept kitchen. The staff both in the shop and on site were exceptional. We were so impressed with the talent and expertise that one individual demonstrated with all aspects of the project. The company was so accommodating to ensure we were comfortable throughout this project. We would highly recommend this company and they will be our contractor of choice for future projects.
