Excellent Service; went above and beyond fixing roof soffit sagging. Put on siding and sealed around windows; built new chimney structure, and painted all. Prompt, Curtious, Responsive, and provided valuable suggestions for cost savings.

Brett Berend and Berend Construction did a great job remodeling my bathroom. He consulted with me on all aspects of the job. His guys were clean and courteous. While he was here I had them do a few other jobs for me. Such as; pour a new back porch, install an air-conditioner in the sunroom, new ceiling fans, texture and paint the kitchen. All of these jobs were very satisfactory.

Berend Construction did a great job on our bathroom remodel. From design to finish. Very customer friendly. Always kept time and budget in mind. We are very pleased with the outcome of our bathroom and would not hesitate to use Berend Construction for future jobs.

Berend Construction was on time, efficent and friendly. The work was completed in the time estimated and the crew cleaned up after themselves. Popcorn removed, new paint and floors! I love my new room!

Brett and his crew were incredible! I asked him to help me with my bathroom as I had a vision to fully gut and redo it. He was able to put my vision into reality and the finished product is incredible. His quote was specific and any time I strayed, it was obvious that I could save money there or it would cost me more. There were no guessing games. The finished product is what I had envisioned and more!!! I can't recommend Berend Construction any higher. I had one other company come in and quote the job and they wanted to pick every piece (tiles, counter and cabinets) right there and then pressured us to sign a contract. Left a bad taste. So happy I had Berend Construction come quote as well.

We hired Brett to help us finish out a kitchen this fall (2012). He was very flexible and timely in his work. The work he and others contracted out by him did was very good by our standards although this is our first time around the block. He was easily accessible and was always patient with us first-time homebuyers. Thanks for all your help Brett!
