Moving into a new home can be both exciting and challenging, although in our situation, hiring a general contracting company such as Big Bear Construction Inc took the worries out of everything. From electric to paint, carpet to hardwoods, lighting to plumbing, Big Bear exceeded our expectations. Bearin Santos owner of Big Bear provided quick scheduling, trusted and reliable sub contractors and best of all... all at a fair price. Houzz readers are savvy consumers who want the best for their hard earned money, thus a company that can make it all happen under one construction umbrella is worth the review and hiring. Bearin and his quality team are the only ones I choose to follow me from home purchase to home purchase renovation needs. Although Houzz list up to only a 5 star rating, I give Big Bear Contruction Inc a 10.

Big Bear Construction is owned by Bearin Santos. He and his crew totally remodeled our Condo in Decatur, Ga. The kitchen and both bathrooms. This involved woodworking, tile, electric wiring, appliance installation, trim work and painting. He helped us cut cost by salvaging and framing the huge bathroom mirrors to appear custom! He accompanied us on tile selections. His crew did an excellent job providing good professional work. They also cleaned up every single day. It was a pleasure doing business with Bear! I reccomended him with confidence. He is a man of his word. And by the way, he is also a very polite and funny man!

Big Bear construction, led by Bearin Santos, provided remodeling services for my guest bedroom and kitchen. The bedroom consisted of removing a wallpaper, patching several holes in the wall, fixing a stain in the ceiling due to a roof lead, adding crown molding, and finally, painting everything. The end result is beautiful. The walls are so perfectly smooth that I do not want to hall pictures up. So far the service on the kitchen remodeling has been outstanding as well. Bearin showed me several places to purchase floor tile or hardwood, as well as granite for the counter-tops. He is currently working on a kitchen design for us so we can pick out new cabinets. The estimate he provided was lower than the "big box" companies. I will write an additional review when the remodeling of the kitchen is finished.
