Gary Binder has done work on several projects for us over the past 10+ years. He recently redesigned my bathroom and recently designed and built an ADU which both turned out great and exceeded expectations.

Horrible experience agreed on a price that got me the first set of prints that failed to meet city requirements. The failure seemed like very generic things that would be required on all prints. Then I was hit with another invoice to get those plans released sight unseen. What is worse he will not guarantee his work said it will just have to be another change order. Seems like he gets you hooked with a good price to start then does an incomplete job so he can charge away. Save you time and money find someone else he might have been good years ago but this is an updated version of him stay away.

I never met or contracted with Kolby. His sister hired me and I explained to her the uncertainty of the building department during Covid. She agreed in writing, that there would be additional charges if the city requested changes. They asked for more work and I did it. They pushed for a lower price and still never paid their bill. He's the only person that has had a complaint.

Gary, designed my master bathroom shower for me. He asked what I wanted to accoploish first then after careful consideration recommended a freestanding enlarged glass shower with tile on one side. The result exceeded my expectations in terms of quality, functionality and style and I have enjoyed my shower immensely. Barry
