Every so often you get lucky. You find a unicorn. You go in completely naive in every part of the process, and you get amazing service from a builder who does not want to take your money and build you something shoddy. We found this unicorn completely by chance, and could not have better things to say about this entire team, from John and Val (owners) to Jen and her team (design team) to Ronnie and Ashley (build team), to Shannon, Drew, Gene, Nick, Bruno, (finish and warranty teams) and all of their subs. We've been here for a year now, and could not be happier with the experience we've had with Biringer over the last several years. From way back in 2021, when we placed our first call and had no idea what we were doing, to now (still have no idea what we're doing), we have been met with nothing but kindness, patience, and unrelenting helpfulness every step of the way. While building a house is a stressful process, the Biringer team did everything they could to make it easy. They were communicative, responsive, and friendly, and we feel lucky to have worked with them to build our home. Thank you!

I cannot say enough good things about Biringer Builders. They were with us from lot selection through our one-year walk-through and have been a fantastic partner every step of the way. They built a great, energy-efficient house that met all of our needs, and we are incredibly happy with the results. We lived in another state during the build, and while that is always a challenge, they communicated frequenly and effectively, and the distance didn't impact the end results at all. Equally important, they are very responsive (something sorely lacking these days) and extremely customer service focused. You hear all sorts of horror stories about owners fighting with builders or builders taking unnecessary shortcuts. We had none of that with Biringer and they often went well beyond our expectations to keep us satisfied. Building a house is always stressful, but our experience with Biringer was exceptional. Highly recommend.

We purchased a model home in Hallsley from Biringer Builders.. We are very pleased with everything! From the purchasing process, to the way the house was built & the communication after the move/warranty process. Everyone who works at Biringer is amazing to deal with and truly works as a team to get you what you want/need! Would definitely recommend them!

My husband and I were looking to move further out from Short Pump into Hanover County. We looked at many different builders and decided on Biringer because their ideas and craftsmanship impressed us so much that it would be perfect as our forever home! The detail and ideas they provide are amazing and unique! They will build anything you want! My favorite things about the house are the rough sawn beams, wainscoting, kitchen and fireplace in the stone fireplace master bedroom! No other house is like a Biringer home!

Biringer Builders did a tremendous job on our home. From the very early stages, the entire staff was professional,responsive,trustworthy and caring. They always exhibited patience and kindness toward our entire family and our countless questions. For us, selecting the correct Builder was a critical and exhusting process-we met with many.... In the end we selected Biringer b/c of their quality, attention to detail, and quite frankly, we had/have a great rapport with their team. (They do what they say they will do.)
