Kyle Black handled a major rehab project for us in 2016. Even though the project took much longer than anticipated, Kyle maintained his commitment to see the job through to the end. Kyle started by handling the demolition and cleanup of entire interior of house. His rebuild responsibilities included reframing walls, modifying window openings and installation of windows, installation of interior and exterior doors, installation of kitchen cabinets and countertops as well as all interior trim work. Kyle also assisted with coordinating and overseeing sub contractors for drywall, insulation, electrical and plumbing. His input, attitude and willingness to work with us was invaluable and we absolutely would use him again on future projects.

Black construction completed a small construction job for us that involved building a set of stairs from our lawn down to the water. Mr. Black did a great job, complied with Code Enforcement and exceeded our expectations. Although this was a relatively small job, he treated us very professionally, sent photos, and communicated effectively.
