I worked with Steve Payton of Blain Construction on our Kitchen/Laundry remodel in 2016. I cannot thank him enough for the beautiful job they did! His advice was truly helpful and we were on schedule the entire time. Did not go over our budget and recommended great companies to buy our products from. We are so impressed that we will be using him again for the rest of our remodel projects.

Blain Homes transformed my backyard into our own personal paradise! I love it so much. With the pool/spa/kitchen/entertainment area, we are able to have people over and keep everyone outside. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional, but I guess that is what you get with a builder who has been around for over 50 years.

Blain Homes exemplifies trust, honesty, superior communication and excellent craftsmanship. We were relocating to Tulare from Los Angeles in 2009. We worked with Blain Homes to build our house long distance. The care and prompt customer service Blain provided throughout the building process made our transition seamless. Though we communicated mostly through email and phone conversations, they built a home that absolutely fit our vision. They were informative of the pros and cons of certain upgrades we asked for. They were very timely in their responses to our inquiries. Five years after our home was built, we reached out to them for a small patio addition. We were pleasantly surprised to find they had expanded their business to remodels. Though the project itself was small, Blain's response time and attention to detail was again exemplary. A couple years after the patio addition, we had a flood from a defective kitchen sick faucet. The flood caused an almost full-house remodel because we have hard wood throughout most of the home. Their workmanship and customer service has always been superb. During this damage repair/remodel, Blain also showed exceptional sympathy. We lived in the home during the process and Blain would accommodate our needs as best they could.

We have had Steve help us with several projects in and around our home over the past couple years. He is not only extremely capable, but very professional (and CLEAN-which is hard to come by in a contractor). He has been an invaluable guide as we have worked through the decision-making/design process. Our latest large project (combining two bedrooms into one larger space) is now my favorite room of the house. His ideas and guidance were invaluable. He left no trace of the previous configuration--the remodel is flawless. Previous to that he helped on a small "freshening up" of our kitchen/sunroom. Again, beautiful work.

Blain Homes built a pool house for us a few months ago. I was picky and wanted the style of the pool house to match our existing structure and look like it had always been there. Eric was really easy to work with, he made sure that we got just what we wanted, and was always very professional in coordinating all the work going on at our home while we lived there. No detail was overlooked, and I couldn't believe how fast they got it done! You won't be disappointed.
