My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

This company was amazing during the process of building my home. I had many questions and felt like I was always bothering them but Jennifer Blomquist answered them and assured me she didn't mind the questions. I have been in my home for many years now and so many friends have said what a great house and how well built it is. I hate that 1 bad seed has spread so many false information about this team. They build an amazing well built home and when I am ready to move I wouldn't have anyone else build it but them. Just remember if you are only seeing 1 bad review in all of the years she has been building it must make you think this has to be the person not the company. I am a realtor and I can tell you I have seen what other builders put out there and nothing compares to her homes.
