Bloomingdale Construction

Bloomingdale Construction Company came to our house to help resolve a major repair. They were kind and courteous, but the breadth of knowledge they brought helped them to explain what the current problem was and how they were going to fix it while also giving us a very accurate estimation of the costs required to complete the repair. They made a stressful process much better than it normally would be, and if the proof is in the pudding, we've had no issues at our home because of the quality repair they made. Overall, they are a great company to have working for you!

Honest builders. While searching for a home, we entertained the possibility of building. We met with an array of builders. Bloomingdale was the most honest and transparent. They build beautiful quality homes (we walked through a few of their existing homes in the building process) and were not trying to take advantage of us like so many other home builders in the area. Check them out if you are considering building in the downtown Rochester area.
