Six years ago, owner Mike Bockelman was personally involved in the design and construction of our second-story redwood deck for our foothills home. He was meticulous about details and quality, offered creative ideas to accommodate a nearby setback limitation, made sure to minimize any impact on the view from my existing lower level studio, and built a deck to enjoy for the rest of our lives. We use the deck daily and often wonder why we took so many years to have it built! It has been great to follow the growth of Blue Pine Construction since we worked together on the project in 2017. We recently contacted Mike about a modification to the deck and he was extremely responsive to our needs. Knowing we had a time constraint to make the change, he picked up tools and personally worked on the deck construction with another crew member, seeing the project through to the final stages. #Obsessed! Salvation has come to my kitchen and I couldn't be happier! After their incredible work on my bathroom remodel last year, I simply had to have Blue Pine come back post-haste to work their magic on my 40 year old kitchen! Blue Pine's team includes a professional and respectful crew that works swiftly and efficiently with care. This team is led up by Mike and Lorilyn, who helped me every single step of the way. They were both very patient as they walked me through all of the decisions that needed to be made -- cabinet types, flooring, countertops, color, fixtures, backsplash and all other finishes. Their suggestions and ideas for the kitchen really helped me hone in on my ultimate vision for the new kitchen. For the work involved, demolition of the old kitchen only began when all material for the new kitchen arrived onsite. This ensured swift daily progress. Blue Pine did a great job for us! From initial consultation, through design, and construction, we could not have asked for more professional service. We recently completed a covered patio project with Blue Pine Construction. We received ideas and bids from several companies and chose Blue Pine because of their input, their past reviews, and their ability to communicate and follow through. We became a team as the project proceeded sharing ideas and agreeing on compromises as needed. Mike has an eye for what works well with different architecture and helped us to visualize several options. We couldn't be happier with the final project, both look and quality. The Blue Pine Crew were highly skilled, punctual, and dedicated to creating a quality product. They take pride in every aspect of the project. They were pleasant to work with and listened to and adjusted as needed when we requested changes or compromises. Blue pine set a schedule, worked well with the City and were able to get engineering, permitting and variances through when needed. Mike and Lorilyn were wonderful to work with. Billing was fair and came as the project progressed helping with the process of payment. We highly recommend this company for your building needs.

Blue Pine Construction built an amazing outdoor living space for us. This massive project included a 25 foot covered patio, tall stone fireplace, 3K sq ft of concrete, firepit, and connected storage unit. Throughout the year-long process of designing, planning, and executing, Mike and Lori with Blue Pine were amazing. They were always professional, quick to respond, and were great at trouble-shooting when unexpected challenges arose. Their goal was always maintaining high quality while still staying within a strict budget, and they accomplished both. Trust me, I did a ton of research on local construction companies beforehand and it seemed like so many lacked good reviews, a good quality of work, being affordable, or all three. Blue Pine definitely checks all the boxes. Make sure they are your first call.

My wife and I reached out to Blue Pine to help us with installing a concrete patio and handrails. It was our first, large project as homeowners, and we really lucked out selecting Blue Pine to do the work. Mike was approachable and patient with our questions, had a lot of great ideas, and helped step us through our needs and his recommendations. The folks contracted to do the work were great, never rushed us when decisions needed to be made, made sure to check with us on plans, followed up, and were good about addressing any concerns we had along the way. Above all, everyone we worked with was friendly and even humored our inquisitive 4 year old throughout the process. The patio turned out great, and just in the first week we've had numerous people stop to compliment us on the result. We won't hesitate to work with Blue Pine again in the future and highly recommend them to others.
