We had recently had a challenging and traumatic experience working with a different contractor to repair our ceiling, so naturally we were very skittish about going through the process with another contractor, but we still needed things done. We hired Boadwin House Contracting to complete the work. BEST DECISION EVER. Boadwin House Contracting worked with us to stay within our budget and provided useful recommendations. We were involved with the process and their professionalism, attention to detail and work ethic was very evident from the start. They handled unexpected challenges with style and when the job was complete they made sure they left a clean work area. They went the extra mile, checking in to make sure we were satisfied and made a return trip to address a couple of things we noticed. We highly recommend Boadwin House Contracting and will be hiring them in the future for further renovations.

Robert went above and beyond. He is courteous, professional and responded to our inquiries in a timely manner. When something wasn't quite right he fixed it, he offered solutions and was able to meet our deadline and budget as requested. His passion is reflected in work quality and overall experience. Rob and his team were incredible to work with. We had a short timeline to get all the renos done before move-in and they pulled it off perfectly. They completely demo-ed and rebuilt our kitchen, tore down walls, ceilings, doorways and moved HVAC to new locations. They came up with creative solutions to unforeseen problems and always rose to a challenge. They were punctual and pleasant and we highly recommend them to all. We will definitely be using them again.

Rob renovated our tear down kitchen. He listened to our concerns and helped us with our design ideas and tackled the project and its minimal problems in a professional manner. The renovation came in on time and under budget and we will definitely be using Boadwin House again.

We hired Boadwin House Contracting on a referral from an Electrician friend. We had a disintegrating back entrance that was letting gallons of water into our kitchen. Owner, Rob came over within 24 hours and assessed our issue. He noticed a sag in our foundation that would lead to larger problems down the road. Our original plan was to demo the exit and replace damaged sliding doors with updated 8x8 foot sliders. Rob liasoned with metal workers to get a custom beam made to stop the sagging. They did the demo, and installed the massive door with two people in less time that we expected. We would use Boadwin again for jobs that are challenging and outside of my field of knowledge

Rob was so great to work with. He was honest, professional, and did an amazing job. He took the time to consult with us and there was lots of dialogue before he started the actual work. He was respectful in our home, very tidy and organized which I was happy and impressed with. He takes care and effort to make sure the job is done right so needless to say the results were great!
