Paul and his team were really great. His first project with us was renovating the kitchen, bedroom closets and sun room. The team is very considerate and clean and catered to my wishes for sealing up rooms that weren't being renovated (was concerned for the dust). His staff are very trustworthy, especially Luis. More importantly, they listened to every one of my detailed concerns and gave me perspective and even very good design advice since I was not working with an interior designer. We have since hired them for many subsequent jobs.

I have hired Bossert Construction for all of my projects since meeting Paul and his team back in September of 2014. They have done everything from full kitchen and bath remodels to roof repairs and minor painting jobs. Whether big or small, they treat each job with the utmost care and attention to detail. I have known Paul (Bossert Construction) for 13 years. I find Paul to be an honest, conscientious, and very professional contractor who does what he says that he will do. We had a custom marble fireplace, custom cabinetry, custom marble alcove within the cabinetry, installed LED lighting throughout, crown molding in living room, new doorway moldings and floor moldings throughout, new foyer entryway flooring, paint all interiors of 5 bedroom 5 bathroom house, rebuild gym, rebuild front entryway etc... This is a dream contractor. So easy to work with. Always on time. Works within budget. Easy to speak with and always accessible. Everything was explained very, very carefully. Plans were reviewed multiple times to avoid inadvertent errors. Work was well-supervised. The workers were polite and clean. I had a few items I noticed after the job was complete. The rework was done within 48 hours. The easiest contractor I have ever worked with (having done several home remodels over the years). He welcomes your thoughts, comments, questions and observations. He makes it so you have no hesitations to ask him to change something etc.. I would recommend Bossert Construction and Paul Cummings to anyone. I will use him again.

I've hired Paul from Bossert for a few things now and plan to hire him down the road as well. The first thing he did for me was a bathroom remodel - a complete bathroom remodel. I was out of town and except for a couple of design questions on the phone, I came back with my house in order and back to a brand new bathroom. He exceeded my expectations. My next project was remodeling half of my house, including 3 bedrooms and a hallway - new windows, new ceilings, new lighting, new walls, new tv mounts, new floors, new paint, new closets, new closet interiors, new closet doors, new ceiling fans, new window coverings. Paul walked me through everything. He answered my calls. He showed up when he said he would. He worked with me with the unexpected items - which there were a lot in my house! Paul has come back over the past year for a few things including a new roof and other miscellaneous items and it has been the same excellent customer service every time! I'm a commercial real estate agent who is very picky who I recommend to my clients. I've recommended him without hesitation. I like to call him the Nordstrom of contractors - his customer service and the quality of work are that good.

I've used Paul on a number of remodeling and landscape projects. Some were rental properties, both residential and commercial. Paul prepared estimates which I found competitive and were held to over the projects. He handled every phase of the projects on a timely basis. He did what he said he would do. Changes and additions were handled in a fair and timely basis also. I continue to use him on any project that we are planning. I also found him extremely helpful in working with whatever city we were in. Needless to say, I highly recommend him.

Paul Cummings is a true professional. He manages and pays his subs, he is prompt, courteous, dependable, friendly, has a design knack and works well with design companies. Paul does whatever he commits to do and I would recommend him without reservation for any project, large or small. He meets his budget and deadlines and discusses any change requests with an eye to money and time. We did some interior remodeling in our living room/dining room area that included ripping out and re-installing custom cabinets, replacing our fireplace with a custom designed marble mantel, installing new track lighting, replacing the tile in entry way ,new front door as well as painting much of the interior of the house. Paul is extremely responsive and if something is wrong in the workmanship or if the clean-up is inadequate, he is the first one to step up and see that it is done right. We felt like he was on top of the work and inspected frequently. He never had a problem re-doing something if we had any issues. He also was easy to reach throughout the project.
