I have had the pleasure of working with Tracy and her team for the past year now. Bouren Development have always been very professional, accurate and very detailed through all of the projects we have worked together on. When I am asked for builders who can handle the difficult deck jobs Bouren Development is the first company I think of and refer.

Their knowledge of design and their access to the resources needed to complete our renovation helped to make our renovation experience go quite smoothly. We've worked with Bouren Development for the past year and are so pleased! We had previously renovated our kitchen but didn't feel satisfied with the outcome. Tracy was able to work magic with our existing structure and turn it into one of our favorite rooms in the house. Since then, we've tackled the foyer, family room, and living room. I've had the pleasure of working with Tracy for a few years now on several of her bathroom, kitchen and various other tile projects. She and her crew are some of most down to earth people. Never an attitude. (Perhaps amongst themselves but you'd never know) The time energy and attention to detail Tracy puts into each of her projects clearly shows. I've never met a client without her. She is committed to a fault and I've known her to have installers rip up floors not laid to satisfaction. That being said, she is the most humble designer I've worked with during my time with the Tile Shop. Tracy is considerate, fiercely loyal and I've enjoyed every moment. Tracy, her husband Jay and their team, took our 3-season porch (water damage, rotted studs, floor 2" off level, etc) and turned it into a beautiful 4-season porch that has added a sunny study and coffee nook to our home. The project required exterior water management, rough and finished carpentry, insulation, electrical, HVAC, tile work, and drywall. The project finished on time and has exceeded our expectations!

Excellent customer service, reliable, attentive, goes above and beyond, very knowledgeable about their craft. I have been beyond blessed to have this company work on my home.
