December 2021 I hired this company to give me a new patio roof on to the back of my house. Denis Bourgoing collected the deposit from me, demolished the old patio cover then disappeared for 4 days. When I finally got him on the phone after many attempts he said he could not get the material to construct for 9 months. I asked him why he did not order the material before demolishing the old patio cover. He admitted that was his mistake. Parts of the existing houses roof were demolished in the process exposing the inside of the house to the elements outside. Over the next 9 months, I had water pouring into my house damaging the ceilings, walls, and floors. He attempted to protect the house with tarps which would just blow off with each storm. Each time I called him it would be days before he would get back to me. Finally, he procured the material to build. throughout the build, he failed inspection 5 times and on the final framing inspection, the inspector pointed out that they did not build per the architectural plans. 3 more months of them trying to figure out what to do and questionable ideas on how to pass the inspection with a different inspector they finally deconstructed and constructed again as per the architect's plan. The job is still not done with various unfinished parts of the roof, the roof is still leaking with major water damage. He refuses to finish the job and now is demanding final payment and has placed a lien on my house. What was supposed to be a 30-day job has taken nearly two years. Very unprofessional.

Prompt and reliable service. Great plumber and GC. Had a leaking pipe after Hurricane Ian. Denis returned my calls promptly and he sent someone out quickly and fixed the leak.

We are so happy with our bathroom remodel and the pantry they built. (And all the other little projects done around the house). Denis and his team are professional, responsive, timely and talented. We appreciated working with each one of them.
