Bozich Construction

I am an architect in the St. Louis area. Over the past seven years, Bozich Construction has been selected as the contractor on five of my residential projects. Whether it was a new house or a large and complex addition/renovation, Bozich excelled in completing the work in a well crafted and timely manner. My most recent project with them is listed on my Houzz site as "Extensive Renovations and Additions In Clayton". The project had complex additions to the rear of the house that entailed adding a master bath suite on top of the existing garage and underpinning the existing foundation to pour a new 12 foot foundation wall for the basement and kitchen wing. A new detached garage was added and practically every existing room in the house was renovated. Bozich handled the complexity in stride by coordinating their subcontractors efficiently and keeping the owner informed of schedules and pending decisions. I've been very happy with Bozich Construction's services during the bidding phase, construction phase and most importantly their project follow up. My clients have been happy too.
