My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Working with Chris (owner) was a memorable experience. When I interacted with other contractors (5 others) , the prices I got based on my drawings and specs was far more higher than BRI. The work progress is not as quick as I expected. But I understand that availability of sub contractors, attending to other projects simultaneously and logistical preparations are challenging to contractors. They’re aware that we’d like to have the project done quickly, but they have limitations. Be very patient, because the work will get done as fast as humanly possible. To sum it up, BRI is honest with pricing, quality of work and a friendly interactions with its office (Jay, Jody, Courtney), work crew and sub contractors. Thank You Very Much. - Danilo Pasicolan

We contracted Jody and the team at BRI for a complete remodel of our kitchen including removing walls, installing recessed beams in the ceiling, windows etc. Jody was responsive, friendly and honest. His team showed up early every day and did what they said they would do , when they said they would do it. Having never done a project of this scope or scale before it was nice to have a team as professional as BRI. I would (and will) use them again for future projects, regardless of size!!

I've used BRI twice in the past 4 years. The scope of the work included removing all of the original cypress lap siding and then re-siding our entire house with Hardee. BRI also prepared and repainted all surfaces. We found the office staff to be very accommodating and the carpenters and painters who worked on the house very courteous and skilled. The jobs turned out really well and there were no call backs needed. We are glad to recommend BRI...this company's name was originally given to us by a well known builder in our area and we know of other builders that they have worked with and who also speak very highly of them.
