Bridges Construction was timely, very clean and did great work. They were very easy to work with. I will have them remodel the 2nd bathroom in my home.

We recently completed a master bathroom remodel with Bridges Construction after they previously remodeled our kitchen. The bathroom project was much more involved, and overall, we are very happy with the finished result and would recommend them. Steve's planning process is a real strength. He takes careful measurements, offers practical design suggestions, and provides detailed renderings so you can visualize the finished space and make changes before construction begins. The project started on schedule, moved quickly, and was substantially completed within the projected timeline. The final bathroom looks beautiful, and we're very pleased with the outcome. One thing prospective clients should know is that this is a project where the homeowner needs to stay actively involved. We were making decisions almost daily, and when issues arose with materials, we had to respond quickly to keep things moving. For example, we discovered we were short about one square foot of tile for the shower pan and arranged for replacement tile to be shipped overnight so there was no delay. Cost was also reasonable, although the allowances for items like tile and plumbing fixtures were lower than what we ultimately selected. We appreciated that Steve allowed us to purchase many materials ourselves from places like Home Depot and Wayfair, which helped save money and gave us more choices. The downside is that if something is missing or incorrect, it's the homeowner's responsibility to resolve it quickly. We did have several punch-list items that required follow-up visits after the bathroom was usable. One showerhead had the hot and cold lines reversed, requiring a plumbing repair through our bedroom wall, and the electrician returned twice to correct issues with a pendant light and the bathroom vent. Bridges Construction addressed each issue, and we appreciated that they stood behind their work. Overall, we'd use Bridges Construction again. If you're looking for a contractor who welcomes homeowner involvement and produces a quality finished product, they're a solid choice. Just plan to stay engaged throughout the process.

Very pleased with the master bathroom remodel by Bridges Construction. The workmanship is high quality, efficient, and completed without cutting any corners. Both the estimated cost and project duration were quite close to the final numbers, and their communication was excellent throughout. We would definitely recommend them.

We had our Master Bedroom and Bathroom remodeled. We had wainscoting added throughout to blend the two rooms together. The bathroom was gutted and updated completely that included a new closet system install. Bridges Construction was amazing. You can see expertise in this family business, not only in the quality of work, but how they organize each remodel project. They gave us a plan with a 3D visual of what the rooms would look like before we started. They organized all of their subcontractors in such a way that made sense as the project progressed. Bridges put up the wainscot which was flawless and turned out absolutely beautiful. We are very happy with our remodel. We are planning more wainscoting to be added in our home by Bridges in the future!

Steve recently completed a remodel of two bathrooms and a kitchen for me and each space turned out better than I could have hoped, I especially love how the custom tile pattern looks in the master bathroom shower and all of the amazing storage space I have now. Steve and his crew did a fantastic job and all of the finishes turned out immaculate. I’m so happy with the final results!

We want to give this a 4.5 star rating. We got a quote for our master bathroom remodel. We did the down and everything got rolling pretty quickly. Here's how it went. 1. Demolition - Excellent 2. Fixing up the wood and doing repairs, sheetrock, etc. - Excellent 3. Installing cabinets and the finish work - Excellent 4. The tape and texture sub had 2 rounds. 1st round, the first 2 guys sucked. Their boss came back and fixed it. This caused a delay of a couple days and then the painting had to be redone. 5. Painting - Good. It had to be redone but it was only because of the texture. 6. Electrical - Excellent. 7. Plumbing - Good. It was a great job. But this one went almost 2x over the quote and we don't understand why. 8. Tile - Our favorite. Of all the subs, the tile guy Jorge was just awesome to work with. Excellent + 9. The general quality and final result is really nice as you can see in the pictures shown by Bridges. 10. Timeliness - excellent. They did a good time of staying on schedule. It did cost us having folks working in the house 7 days a week and into the late evening a couple times. We were warned. It was tough. 11. Post job service. There was a tiny problem in the shower valve and they came and fixed it up nice and quick. The only things I am taking away 1/2 star on are the texture sub and the final price vs. quoted price.We expected it to go about 5-7 K over because we picked a few things we knew were over budget. But, there was still another 3K surprise on top of that. We're generally happy. But, we couldn't write an honest review and not call out the couple things that weren't as good as the rest. Steve, Chris and Kyle Bridges definitely provided a quality remodel in a good amount of time. Our bathroom is really nice.

We recently completed a kitchen remodel with Bridges Construction and couldn’t be happier with the results! The new layout, functionality, and look of our kitchen are everything we hoped for. Steve, the owner, provided an accurate estimate, maintained great communication, and kept the project on schedule with minimal disruption. His team -- especially Kyle, Brandon & James -- were professional, detail-oriented, and a pleasure to work with. We also had flooring replaced throughout most of the home by Five Star Flooring, exceeding our expectations. Steve did an excellent job coordinating all subcontractors (electrical, plumbing and drywall contractors all highly skilled!) to keep everything moving smoothly. While no project is without a few surprises, any issues were handled promptly and professionally. Chris, the office manager, made billing and communication easy and efficient. We highly recommend Bridges Construction!

We could not be happier with the remodel that Bridges Construction has done. They listened to our requests and gave us a final product that we will enjoy for many years to come. The job was completed in a very timely manner and on budget (mostly). The quality of materials and workmanship are great and we would recommend Bridges Contruction any time.

Bridges did a great job with our kitchen remodel! They came in with a fair price that is competitive with other contractors in the area. Steve quoted me 4-6 weeks duration, and they were completed at 6 weeks. It would have been done in 4 if other schedule conflicts had not got in the way. They did a great job at covering up the work area for demo which got very dusty/dirty. They used quality products and contractors to complete the kitchen and were very willing to work with whatever design decisions we came up with. I appreciate Steve's experience and being able to direct us in what is and what is not possible. Kyle did a great job at maintaining the quality of the install with all the different contractors that came to the house. One word of advice, be ready for contractors to show up at different times throughout the day and even at night (this was a bit of a surprise for us; not a big deal though). Any issue that has come up during and after the project, Steve is very flexible working with us to remedy. I appreciated the process, and we are very happy with the outcome!

My wife and I did a considerable amount of research prior to meeting with Bridges Construction to discuss our bathroom remodel. We met with Steve Bridges and discussed our ideas with him and met with him at our residence on two occasions prior to contracting with him to discuss our options and to see how we could fit a Jacuzzi tub and a double shower in the space that we had. We were able to collaborate with him to come up with our plan. One of the first things that happened after contracting with Bridges Construction is that we were allowed to meet personally with his suppliers, which were primarily flooring, tile, countertops, and pick out exactly what we were looking for and to use the experience of those subcontractors along with Steve's experience to come up with excellent material choices. Some of the items that we chose were way beyond what Steve expected, but he worked with us to make sure that they were all able to work in our remodeled bathroom and would be installed professionally. During the bathroom remodel, there was constant communication as to who was coming and what they were planning to do. A lot of this came from Kyle and Brandon who work for Bridges Construction. We were provided with cell phone numbers for Kyle and Brandon, as well as all of the subcontractors so that we could communicate with them, ask any questions, and confirm scheduling if necessary. The thing that we liked the most in working with Bridges Construction and their subcontractors were the willingness of the subcontractors to provide their opinions as to what would work best, and how the layouts were to be made. This was most important in working with the tile subcontractor, as we changed the layout of how we were going to do the tile, and it took twice as long as was initially thought. The tile subcontractor did not hesitate whatsoever, taking extra time and effort to do the tile exactly the way we wanted. In conclusion, the bathroom turned out beyond our expectations, and was completed without any issues or complications. We cannot ask for anything more, and are ecstatic at how the bathroom turned out. You should not hesitate in discussing your bathroom remodel plans with Bridges Construction, as they will not lead you astray.

I can't say enough how happy I am with Bridge's Construction. They did an excellent job on my kitchen. Chris is great and Steve is a straight shooter which I appreciated as I can be a little difficult. I was able to explain my vision of my "bakers cabinet" to Kyle and WOW did he exceed my expectations! His attention to detail is amazing! Bridges is professional, easy to work with and their quality of work is amazing. With both parties being on the same page, we basically pulled off a complete kitchen remodel and sunroom in just over 4 weeks. There was a small delay related to a cracked case of tile that was delivered out of our control, otherwise we would've finished in 4 weeks. Thats not normal these days. It takes a well-organized homeowner (yes, I complimented myself) and a contractor that has a great subcontractors all on the same page. I am a bit picky and overseeing just about every move anyone does at our properties and this group was fantastic, on time and no wasted days between work functions. My wife chose good well-made cabinets, beautiful tile and solid counters. (Yes, I complimented my wife on this review as well) All I am saying is good products matched with a great contractor gives you the best chance at achieving optimal results. If you shorthand your design through poor quality products, even a great contractor can't make them look great. The team at Bridges also worked with us on keeping the schedule going, addressing issues ahead of time and foreseeing bottlenecks that might affect the completion date. They were not pushy but consistent which was a good match for us. I also like the personal touch that they add or address when things arise during the remodel. You can't really address everything until you get in there and start working. Bridges did a good job addressing the little things like where the tile ends, backsplash corners, centering things, lights, electrical moves, ac/heating vents, door jams, etc. Throughout the remodel we addressed these items promptly and moved forward as to keep the project going. All in all, great job Bridges, we love our remodel.

The entire team was very professional and our kitchen turned out exactly as we anticipated. We were very pleased with the attention to detail and all the suggestions we have found very useful. I would have appreciated more communication from them in regards to when to expect the subcontractors. Sometimes they would show up and work into the evenings and also sometimes on the weekend, but they were able to finish within the quoted time frame. We also had a few issues that they quickly resolved. Overall very pleased with our new kitchen.

We used Bridges Const. twice for remodel. 1st was two bathrooms, master bath was complete gut including moving plumbing. Other was spare bath. 2nd remodel was kitchen and 1/2 bath. We were very please with their expertise and recommendations. They and their vendors were very helpful picking out product, colors etc. We would highly recommend them with premium service and product.

We had our whole house remodeled including two bathrooms. The people that we had coming in our home were very nice and respectful. Working with Steve and Kyle Bridges was a great experience and I would definitely recommend them.

My first experience with a remodel, but not new to construction. I am so pleased I had an excellent referral on Bridges Const. to rely on. Obtained the bid, guessed it upward by a few thousand because I know myself! I went to the supply store they recommended and had a ball! I just picked out what I really liked and wanted and tallied up the excess over the allowance and decided this was likely the only remodel for that bathroom while I own the house, so went for it! And no regrets! The workmen were timely - always! In fact, I had to ask if they were ever late! I was able to be at home for most of it, but oh my the noise. When/if I do the kitchen, I will disappear during the demo stage!! However, glad I was around for the rest and the workmen were most attentive to keeping the dust down with plastic sheets hung all over, etc. Each tradesman was a professional and worked diligently during their time here. All in all, it was a tad costly, but most of that was my choices. . . . I mean, I just couldn't say no to that gorgeous $2700 medicine cabinet!! And the $1500 vanity with only 2 drawers! Life is choices and I am glad I made mine for Bridges Construction.

We hired Bridges Construction to put our kitchen back together after water damage. From the first interaction with Steve we were impressed by his knowledge and professionalism and most importantly, his honesty and overall kindness. Chris, Steve’s wife was very helpful and reassuring. Her genuine kindness was evident from our first interaction. Everyone who participated in the remodel were skilled and professional. Kyle, Steve’s son is quite the skilled carpenter and couldn’t be any nicer. We were very impressed with his work. John was skilled, thorough and personable. We were happy to have him in our home. Bridges Construction continues to be a great general contractor. This is our second project with Bridges and despite supply chain issues and busy subcontractors, work was scheduled seamlessly. High quality work product, workers all friendly and hardworking and management transparent and consistent. I hired bridges constuction ro remodel my entire kitchen down to the studs. Their design was great and costing was very close to the final. Their team of other sub-contracters were excellant and the project on was time. The second project was a full remodel of the master bathroom and like the kitchen was it is gorgeous. The tle work and floating cabinet is very special. All of my neighbors are jealous snf it rmindes my of a 4-season hotel suite. Truly a great company and I would highly recommend Steve and his staff. The Bridges Construction team just completed a small bathroom remodel. There were multiple issues during the project and concerns were met with excuses or no response. I had to leave work almost daily to meet with subcontractors to problem solve because of poor communication from Bridges Construction. Save yourself the frustration and hire another contractor. I would not recommend this company.

Steve Bridges and his team took a basement apartment that had been flooded and completely restored it to a condition way beyond our expectations. Quality work, not the cheapest in town but in our opinion the best in town. The final cost was very close to the estimate despite several change orders. Steve even made suggestions that saved us money. We heartily recommend Bridges Construction.

Bridges Construction just finished doing an extensive kitchen remodel for us. We could not be happier and cannot say enough positive things about them. Bridges Construction was top-notch with our kitchen remodel! 1) They were professional in their promptness in responding to our questions, offered valuable design assistance and had the construction expertise to accomplish the job in a timely and quality manner. 2) They kept the mess under control and hauled away all the debris. Steve, Kris and Kyle were great to work with with no loud music, coarse language on the work site. 3) The final kitchen showed good workmanship and attention to detail that made us very happy with our decision to work with Bridges Construction on this project.

We couldn't be more excited about how our remodel went! The Bridges are a family team that are wonderful to work with. We found Steve, Chris and Kyle to be trustworthy and honest. It was so easy to hand over the keys to the house to them. They are all readily available for any questions along the way. Their professionalism and experience was much appreciated as this was a long distance remodel from California. Bridges Construction completely remodeled our home. From removing an ill-placed fireplace, reinforcing floor and ceiling joists, roof repair, new plumbing and wiring, dry wall and window installation to an addition of a cooling system. Then, after rebuilding the bones of the house they brought it from the 1950's into the present with amazing cabinetry, granite countertops, flooring, doors, trim and fresh paint. As well as updating the exterior of the house with brick accent work and a beautiful new railing on the porch and a low maintenance landscape. The whole process was pretty seemless and came in right on time. We couldn't be happier!

Steve and his guys were great to work with! His bid was very reasonable and there were no surprises in the final bill. The job was finished timely and the quality is top notch! Steve is very good at communicating with the customer regarding not only the schedule but also the process. Chris is great for answering any and all questions as well. We will definitely be calling them again for our next project!!

I chose them for a complet kitchen remodel and was very satisfied with their quality, professionalism, timeliness and priciing. Concerns were dealt with expeditiously. The project was done on time within my expected pricing. Daily communication was generally good.

I used Bridges Construction for a master bath remodel. Steve was very knowledgeable, used professional subcontractors and closely monitored all steps of the remodel. I went over budget, simply because I chose more expensive tile and bath fixtures. Unfortunately, I had problems with my tile shower cracking after the project was completed. Steve stood by his work and made sure the problem was fixed and tile was replaced. I will be back for future remodel projects.

I contracted with Bridges Construction to remodel 2 bathrooms and a complete make over of the kitchen. The work was preformed in a timely manner and the construction was of high quality. The subs he hired did an great job but the tile and granite contractor was exceptional. The bathrooms turned out to my liking and close to budget. The over budget on the bathrooms was due to my choice of tile and vanity tops and the designs that I chose for the shower tile work. The kitchen remodel included new cabinets and lighting and granite counter tops with glass back splashes. I added several additions to the cabinets such as lazy susan's and soft closing drawers and doors along with pull out drawers in all cabinets. I purchased all the appliances along with all the under sink water treatment hardware.. Once again the work was done in a timely manner and the finish work was exceptional along with the granite and tile work. This project ran over budget by about 35% but it was due to my choices of additional items. I purchased all the granite and glass tile myself so the over budget items were mostly due to my different requests. All my request were made with out question. The only small complaint that I had was that they did not match the kitchen ceiling paint with the existing paint so the kitchen ceiling will have to be repainted. I was very happy with the work preformed and the management of subs and would use this company again on any other projects that I may have. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a high quality professional project done.

We hired Bridges Construction to do a complete Kitchen remodel and also a guest bath. Both were completely demo'd and built back up from scratch. In the kitchen they installed an incredible 4'x9' island, re configured the layout to fit our needs and installed a dry bar. In the bathroom, they took out the bathtub and installed a spa like shower. It turned out BEAUTIFULLY. We couldn't be happier with the results. With every construction job there is bound to be a couple bumps in the road. Ours were few but always taken care of quickly and efficiently with no questions other than 'what else can we do?' They went out of their way to be sure that we were happy not only with the end result but also during the process. We would definitely hire them again! Thanks Steve, Kyle, Chris and Rigo!! Big shout out to Steve team of sub contractors as well. They were ALL completely professional and wonderful to work with.

Steve Bridges and his firm did a great remodel job for me. He opened 9 doorways to allow for my husbands wheelchair. He converted a tub shower into beautiful walk in shower. He replaced a wood fireplace with a gas one and had the whole wall tied around it and it looks great! He had old carpet replaced with hardwood floors and new baseboards and then had the entire interior painted. It looks fabulous and took about 6 weeks.

Remodel of our kitchen was professional, on time and reasonably priced. This firm has excellent subcontractors that are timely and very skilled. The response to any problems/questions was swift and to our satisfaction.

We decided to remodel our kitchen, and chose Bridges Construction to do the work. Even though our house was in turmoil for a few weeks, this was a wonderful experience! We provided our budget, which they stayed within. Everyone associated with Bridges Construction was polite, friendly, and professional! When it comes time to remodel the bathrooms, we will definitely contact Bridges Construction! Would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

We hired Steve Bridges of Bridges Construction after interviewing two additional Contractors. Steve was head and shoulders above them because of his experience, stated quality standards, and highly principled approach to his role. Steve sat down with us after we notified him of our desire to hire Bridges Construction to remodel our master bathroom and create a walk-in closet. We went over the existing space and came up with some additional space utilizing a couple of feet from the bedroom and also from the hallway. Steve drew a sketch of the proposed space and then drew in the specific fixtures we desired. Later, he did a schematic diagram, and there wasn't the need to hire a designer or architect. We were impressed with Steve’s constant attention to the work being done by the outstanding subcontractors he selected. For example, the bathroom required complete demolition of the existing area, reframing the new area, rearranging all of the plumbing to accommodate where the new fixtures would go, all new electrical wiring for placement of the many lighting requirements. Steve’s vast and long experience in Washoe County made it possible for us to work with various people who he completely relied on to do the quality work that was needed. The project exceeded our expectations and it has been almost one year with our new, beautiful bathroom and closet, and everything has worked perfectly. We are extremely proud of the job that was done and would not hesitate to recommend Bridges Construction to anyone who wants quality work. As an added note, we are currently having Bridges reconstruct our outside staircase that was deteriorating partially due to weather and the poor original construction when the 23 year old house was built (not by Bridges.)

I had a huge remodel in my townhouse...Steve Bridges did a fantastic job...all the workmen were professional and respectful....my forever home looks beautiful .., actually much better than I dreamed about...Steve listened to me and provided excellent service.
