We recently hired BCG for a home renovation project that included replacing several sets of exterior doors and repainting, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional, communicative, and respectful of our home. They showed up on time each day, stayed on schedule, and kept everything clean and organized throughout the process. It’s clear they take pride not only in their work, but in how they treat their clients. The quality of the workmanship really stood out. The new exterior doors look fantastic—beautifully installed with great attention to detail—and the painting was done with precision and care. The crews were equally great—super helpful, highly communicative, and always ready and willing to tweak things as needed. You could tell they cared about getting the details right. Most importantly, I absolutely love our kitchen. It looks beautiful and is exactly how I imagined it would be. I had an excellent experience working with Brooks Construction on my total kitchen remodel! From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Dear Angel, Trey, and the Entire Brooks Construction Team, It’s hard to believe it’s been a month or so since we wrapped up the renovation and got everything moved back into the house. We wanted to take a moment to express our gratitude and share what it’s truly like to work with Angel and the incredible Brooks Construction team. Angel: A True Partner and Friend- From start to finish, Angel has been our patient, reliable, and steadfast partner. He was always present on-site, keeping us updated on daily schedules and gently reminding us about the decisions still on our to-do list. Over the course of 8–9 weeks, Angel wore many hats: general contractor, project manager, scheduler, inspector, patient advisor, design consultant, and, most importantly, a trusted friend. As the project drew to a close, I found myself getting a little emotional. My heart was filled with gratitude for all the hard work and care poured into our home—and also because I would miss seeing Angel around the house. I’ve told him many times, and I’ll say it again: he truly lives up to his name. Trey: Expertise and Guidance - Trey was instrumental in guiding us through the initial stages of the renovation. He introduced us to options and possibilities we hadn’t considered and tackled the heavy lifting of managing the frustrating and lengthy insurance claims process. His expertise in navigating that complex and time-consuming process was invaluable and saved us so much time, money and stress. A Team of Remarkable Craftsmen - Every single craftsman who entered our home was a true professional—exceptionally skilled, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. They were friendly, polite, respectful, and trustworthy, making it surprisingly easy to live in the house during the renovation, even while one of us worked from home full-time.
