I hired Broughman Builders 10 years ago to build a modular home. They were very pleasant to deal with and the entire project went smoothly. Making changes to the floor plan was easy and I was supported through the entire process. Skip ahead 10 years and I'm still loving my home.

Broughman Bldrs not only custom built our vacation home, but coordinated all aspects while we were living more than 1000 miles away! They were very professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to our satisfaction. Absolutely no doubt Broughman Bldrs was the right choice for our project! They provided an experienced team and open communication which resulted in a finished job of high quality. Boughman also delivers "service after the sale" in their ongoing availability to inform, recommend, and advise their clients in making the new home experience all it can be.

We hired Broughman Builders to add a second floor to our house. This was a very difficult project from a design standpoint. They were very patient in explaining options, costs, and made many recommendations that ultimately were the best choices. The resulting work quality was excellent and their professionalism during and after the construction period was so appreciated. Since completion we have had Broughman remodel our kitchen and provide other repair services to the few older systems in the house that they did not initially replace. Great experience and we will continue to use them with our remaining projects.
