Working with Brutsky Builds was a pleasure. Erik and his in-house team made a challenging process much easier, while his subcontractors were uniformly excellent and easy to work with. Everyone was always available, responsive and diligent, with a special shout out to Erik, our project manager Filip and the multi-talented Jonny (three of the hardest working people I've ever met). Everyone cared about the quality of the work, and it shows in the product.

I had such a great experience working with Brutsky Builds on our bathroom remodel in Kirkland. From the beginning, the team was easy to work with, super responsive, and really took the time to understand what we wanted and make sure it gets done. They kept us updated every step of the way and made the whole process smooth — which isn’t always the case with remodels. The attention to detail was amazing, especially with the tile work and finishes. The space turned out even better than I imagined, and we will be missing seeing the guys around! Everyone was lovely to work with, including Erik, Filip, and Liana! If you're considering a remodel, I’d highly recommend this team. They care, they communicate, and they do beautiful work.

Brutsky Builds team helped me with my personal house remodeling. From the start of demolition to the end of landscaping, they were excellent throughout. Erik demonstrated high integrity throughout. I also recommend their team to all of my clients. Not the cheapest general contractor but they are not too expensive. We worked with Brutsky Builds, specifically with Erik and Filip, to remodel our outdated bathrooms, kitchen and basement. They coordinated with our designer very well and kindly, trying to make every detail of our vision come to life. The pre-construction management was very well organized to the point where we knew exactly what we needed to order and how much, then they took care of the scheduling and rough materials. We always knew what was going on with the projects thanks to their excellent communication and management, which was very impressive!! It's not our first time doing a remodel, but this experience was by far the smoothest. You can tell they go above and beyond for clients, and overall it's just fun working with them. Construction was completed under 2 months as planned, and with minimal surprises along the way. Thanks to the pre-construction planning 99% of things were accounted for.
