Wayne was selected as a sub contractor to do a concrete slab for us. I did not choose him, he was chosen by the team I hired for the work. What his team delivered was a slab that was so far out of level that it is not really usable for anything. When asked about this he insisted it was fine. I have now had several professionals look at the work and are amazed anyone could have poured this slab a foot out of level given there were marked grading stakes showing exactly what was level. I gave him several opportunities to make this right and he refused to address the issue. So now I have several thousands of dollars of concrete in my yard that are not usable for their intended purpose.

This review is not only inaccurate but should be removed for hate speech. This particular client Bill noticed that there was a gap of less than 1" at the garage door openings for said property. After assessing the issue we learned that not only was the building manipulated to accommodate the alleged slab deficit but it was square and within the allowed tolerance for Slope over so many feet.

Upon making several attempts to rectify any and all concerns about a 1" gap that was created by the building installer Bill expressed that he was no longer interested in our company's recommendation for how to solve the problem his installers created.

Engineering can support or confirm that there is no way feasibly possible you can install a building that's so far out of level that you do not cut any of the framing members during installation.

When facts were presented attitudes changed and at that point there was no one he could blame but himself for hiring shobby installers. These are the facts in this matter.
