We spoke with the owners. They came right by as they were in the area. When they came by, they stated they would give us a quote tomorrow. We waited a few days and never heard from them. We called and text them, but no return messages. If they couldn't do the project, we felt they could have shown the customer some courtesy by calling back to let us know. Showing some consideration for the customer goes a long way in recommending the company.

Buildby7 completed a massive first floor Rennovation of my home. Kitchen floors walls and all other items like plumbing painting and decor were touched. 7 Trades has completed completed renovations at our current and previous home. We asked them to complete renovations in our new home as we were exceptionally happy with work completed (flooring installed and new bathroom installed) previously. At our current address, we had a wall knocked down and a half wall created as well as new flooring on the main floor and in the basement. The quality of work was excellent. The project was completed on time and within the budget discussed. Allan works incredibly hard, pays attention to detail and is open and honest, providing great advice as to where money can be saved and how to get the most value for the money we were willing to spend. Allan always responded promptly to any questions we had throughout the renovation. He maintained a tidy work area, cleaning up at the end of each day which was important for us as we were residing in the home when some of the renovations were in progress. I have and will continue to recommend this company to my family and friends.

We hired Alan and his team at 7 Trades to finish a basement room into a fitness area, put up brick wall panels on a large wall, and perform various fixes around the house. They were professional and produced a quality result that every visitor is amazed by. The project was completed within the discussed budget and timeframe. This is the second time that we have used 7 Trades. We renovated our bathroom last year and just recently redid our kitchen. Alin is amazing! He truly listens to what you want and fulfills your requests very professionally. He has an eye for detail. No matter what the aspect of the renovation is, he is more than capable and accommodating. We had a Deck replaced, and the final results were not as requested, the workmanship was really bad, looks like the work done by the 2 young helpers was not supervised, we were not happy with the final product, there are many errors on the work. I would not recommend.

Alin did a complete renovation of a previous bedroom converting it into a wheelchair-accommodating bath room for us. He did all the removal of inside closet, refinishing of walls and ceiling, painting, ceramic tiling, electrical fixtures, and most of the plumbing. His work was very well done and accomplished with a minimum of inconvenience to us. He is a fine, efficient and careful worker and a gentleman to boot. He also turned our previous bathroom (5'x8') into a laundry room with stacked washer/dryer, again wiring and plumbing installation and some replacement tiling. In addition, he designed and built a wheel chair ramp at the front of the house to allow entry and exit. I would recommend his work to anyone, and have already passed his name to several clients and friends. This amounted to three projects, cost below includes Bathroom and Laundry fixtures purchased separately and Lumber for Wheelchair Ramp ( approx. $13,000 )
