They different give up after encountering many problems and completed the project professionally. We enlisted Build Pros to build an addition over our garage to accommodate our growing family. The addition included a master bedroom, a bathroom and a laundry room. We really weighed the decision to take on a project of this magnitude, but Rouben and his team earned our trust and we felt comfortable entrusting the project to them. From day one, Rouben was accessible, enthusiastic, and incredibly helpful. Everyone from the Build Pros team was respectful of our home and courteous and understanding to our children (with whom they interacted with quite a bit!). The project was completed on time and on budget. Rouben bent over backwards to ensure that the project stayed within our budget. For instance, we had planned to use an imitation cedar shingle for the exterior of the addition but Rouben was able to secure authentic cedar shingles at a reasonable cost which we used for the exterior and that really added to the curb appeal. We also ended up having our garage dry walled and insulated at no cost to us thanks to Rouben. We are very pleased with the addition – not only the space but also the craftmanship that went into it. One of our goals of the project was to maintain the character of our house and Build Pros definitely accomplished that goal. We have been blown away by the number of positive comments we have received from people in our neighborhood who have stopped by to chat and admire the addition. We had an outdated powder room and interviewed several contractors to upgrade it. Although some provided estimates that were lower (and one was higher) than BuildPros', we appreciated how closely Rouben and Ian listened to our ideas and how clear they were about their process. We aren't sorry we chose them. Jack, who they sent to do the work, was so great. He arrived on time every day, explained what his goals were and then got to work. At the end of the day he'd show us what he'd done, and always left things tidy and clean. Jack was a super hard worker. Although the space was small, it required removing 80 year-old tile flooring, relocating a toilet, removing an unused radiator pipe, rerouting plumbing pipes, and installing wainscoting and mouldings. The project took roughly a week, and Jack stayed cheerful and pleasant the entire time. His upbeat attitude and flexibility made all the difference. In the end, we had a beautiful new guest bathroom that was done under budget and in less time than we anticipated. The experience led us to ask BuildPros to return to tackle some exterior windowsill replacement and install new shingles on our house. We're very pleased with this work too, and plan to use them for future projects. We are pleased to recommend BuildPros.

Rouben and his crew were great to work with. The roofers were great and extremely clean. The siding took a bit longer than we all hoped for but it was worth the wait. They repaired unexpected water damage on my main house and my backyard guesthouse. His crew was very patient with any extra requests and did an overall great job!!
