Jim Burke of Burke Built Construction was tremendous to work with throughout the entire construction phase of our major home renovation. Jim walked us through each step of the pre-building process that included the introduction of all sub-contractors who would be working on our home, final adjustments to construction plans, payment schedule and final contract before beginning the project - giving us confidence that everything would go smoothly. Jim stayed in contact with us through the entire project, keeping us informed and part of every step of the project. Burke Built Construction also employs a long-standing crew of professional carpenters, painters and laborers that are second to none, did outstanding work, and left the work site clean and in complete order each day, all the way up until completion of the project. Burke Built completed a full remodel of the first floor of our home - this remodel transformed our home from a containerized layout to open floor plan with kitchen and living spaces flowing seamlessly. Unlike other contractors we have used in the past, Burke Built was extremely reliable, they were onsite every day and crew did not leave for the next job until we signed off. The entire crew, especially the boss, pays tremendous attention to detail, and do AMAZING finish and trim work. Most importantly, they have accurate pricing that matched the proposal. “Extras” are not how they do business. We absolutely love the house – I will work in “it transformed the way we live” - and will use Burke Built for our next home improvement. As a father of small children, it is always a concern who you let in the house ... Burke Built employs a safe and friendly staff. You can be comfortable with these gentlemen in your home.

We hired Jim and his Burke Built team to build our new home. Jim and every member of his team were all a pleasure to work with. They are professionals and perfectionist that do what it takes to keep things on track and get them right. We had high standards and expectations of craftmenship and they met or exceeded our expectations. They worked tirelessly to complete our project on time (we moved in the week before our wedding) and came in on budget. We have used Burke Built for several small projects since and the results were all just as good. If we ever build another home we would absolutely ask Burke Built to do the job!

We needed the porch roof on our old house repaired, I thought this might have been too small of a job for Burke Built Construction as I have seen this company do some major remodels and additions over the years that I’ve lived here in town. Jim Burke came in with a fast sharp quote on making the repairs needed to this little porch roof. He started on time as promised, and finished the job in 2 days. His crew is very accommodating and pleasant to work with. They are clean efficient leaving the job site spotless. I would highly recommend this company for both small and large projects.

Jim and his team did an outstanding job on our addition and handled the entire project with the utmost professionalism. His ability to manage a project and keep it going is the best I have ever seen. When he gives a timeline, his team sticks to it and complete things when he says they will. All of his team as well as his sub- contractors that he has aligned himself with are courteous, professional,extremely knowledgeable and very neat. Very pleased with them. Started on time & completed very close to date. Good workmanship. The owner was always involved with the project & very on top of things. Always returned texts & phone calls. All of the crew were very friendly, polite & courteous. We get many compliments on the renovations. Would definitely recommend them.
